+ Educate doctors and staff in new and existing Treatment Centers (TC) on the Spravato program including requirements to set up TC capabilities, overall operational considerations, pre-authorization, reimbursement and REMs. Educate entire staff on REMs set up, certification, program compliance and document requirements. Refer HCPs and staff to centralized access, reimbursement, or REMS support teams for questions outside of promotional scope.
+ Educate appropriate clinical staff re: technical aspects of Spravato administration, monitoring, and adverse event management and reporting using CAC approved materials. Ensuring that no clinical, patient-specific, or off-label discussions occur during field engagements.

The Director, Patient Experience, Neuroscience is responsible for shaping fulfillment, onboarding, and adherence strategy in support of the end-to-end patient experience for patients starting Neuroscience therapies. You will be a member of the Neuroscience Px team, working closely with the patient solutions teams - including field-based access and affordability solutions, patient access and affordability solutions, pharmacy solutions, patient and caregiver solutions, and supplier management and operational excellence - to deliver, measure and optimize the patient journey, ensuring that more patients can start and stay on therapy. You will work across the brand marketing, access, and field teams to deliver a patient experience that delights the patient and supports business strategy and objectives.

The Director, Patient Experience, Neuroscience works in service to our patients, as an advocate for their needs. Their day-to-day responsibilities include:

+ **Px Strategy:** Develop an end-to-end patient engagement strategy that supports patients in starting and staying on prescribed treatments by utilizing research, data, market dynamics, and competitive assessments to inform strategic choices

+ **Customer-Centric Design Process:** Engage patients, caregivers, and providers in co-creating and continuously optimizing solutions

+ **Program Design:** Inform and approve requirements for Px solutions, with a focus on seamless and coordinated support across solution types
+ **Communications Planning:** Lead communications planning and development (targeting, messaging, creative, channels) and training in support of Px programs - including influence through brand patient and professional marketing teams
+ **Measurement & Reporting:** Report on and be accountable for Px performance through the build and utilization of dashboards, research, and analytics
+ **Business Planning:** Support Px business planning efforts for Neuroscience - ensuring an integrated strategic plan with aligned objectives, execution, and resourcing; own strategic recommendation and budget for fulfillment, onboarding, and adherence solutions

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
+ A minimum of 7 years of healthcare business experience (EX: sales, marketing, payer/access experience, operations, supply chain, analytics) is required, of which 5 years demonstrated marketing and/or customer service experience.
+ 2 years of proven performance in leading a team of direct reports preferred
+ Experience in more than one of the areas below is required (a mix of experiences across several of these domains is preferred):
**Travel.** This position is based in Titusville, PA and requires up to 30% domestic travel.

The base pay range for this position is $146,000-$255,000. The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. This position is eligible for a company car through the Company's FLEET program.   • Educate doctors and staff in new and existing Treatment Centers (TC) on the Spravato program including requirements to set up TC capabilities, overall operational considerations, pre-authorization, reimbursement and REMs. Educate entire staff on REMs set up, certification, program compliance and document requirements. Refer HCPs and staff to centralized access, reimbursement, or REMS support teams for questions outside of promotional scope.
  • Educate appropriate clinical staff re: technical aspects of Spravato administration, monitoring, and adverse event management and reporting using CAC approved materials. Ensuring that no clinical, patient-specific, or off-label discussions occur during field engagements.
  • Be knowledgeable in local, regional and national payer policies; reimbursement regulations and processes (i.e., eligibility and benefit verification, pre-authorization, billing, coding, claims, and appeals/grievances); REMs certification; Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations; and state-specific clinical staff licensing / certification requirements for product administration and monitoring.
  • Educate staff on payer requirements, coding, billing, claim submission, and acquisition.
  • Share TC insights with coalition members and ensure coalition partners are informed of TC status.

  • Approach each customer from a total account management perspective, by leveraging resources appropriately, compliantly collaborating with business partners and accurately articulating the value proposition for the customer.

Required qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • A valid driver’s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States

The Early Intervention Sales Consultant (EISC) will sell and manage the Monovisc, Orthovisc, and PEAK PRP product lines in the clinical setting within an assigned territory. The EISC is required to develop and implement a business plan to improve growth within DePuy Synthes’ Early Intervention product platform. The Early Intervention Sales Consultant will act as an expert in the area of viscosupplementation and other minimally invasive treatment modalities.   

Responsibilities include:  

  • Prospecting and Planning: Identify and qualify prospective accounts. Develop and implement account-specific plans and selling strategies to grow sales and convert new business using various tools, including an online benefits and reimbursement web portal. Achieves Business Plan objectives through meeting territory quotas and growth objectives.  

  • Product Sales: Drive product sales within an assigned territory in clinical setting or set of named accounts. Uses product and customer knowledge to present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of products. Actively promote special marketing promotions and support strategic selling objectives.

Required Minimum Qualifications:  

One of the following:  

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two (2) years of sales or professional experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical industries OR   

  • Associate degree and at least four (4) years of sales or professional experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical industries  

And  

  • Residence in or ability to relocate to the posted territory.  

  • Must be willing and able to travel to all accounts within an assigned territory, as directed by DePuy Synthes Early Intervention Field Sales Leadership. This position may require extensive travel within territory, with the possibility of weekend work and/or limited overnight travel.  

  • A valid Driver’s license issued in the United States.  

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • 3+ years of relevant sales or professional experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical industries.

Learn more at overall responsibilities of the Regional Clinical Sales Specialist position include advancing the Company's sales of orthopedic surgical products by providing clinical and logistical expertise in hospitals and operating rooms - such as independent coverage of surgical cases, management of billing/purchase orders, logistics, and asset management. Works under close supervision by management and in close partnership with Sales Consultants. The Regional Clinical Sales Specialist will be assigned to support territories as needed throughout their assigned area and able to travel within the U.S. as necessary (frequent overnight and/or weekend) or to relocate to the geographic region assigned by the company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support of orthopedic surgical cases.
+ Advance DPS sales by serving as sole Company representative to provide direct customer support by attending surgeries and assuring that the proper equipment is available and functioning.
+ Troubleshoot and apply independent judgment to respond to physician needs; address customer requests; effectively handle hospital billing, build / close purchase orders.
+ Share key customer, procedural and marketplace insights with other sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams to improve on solutions / service levels and support sales growth. Prepare sales reports and documents as the need arises.
+ Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
+ Maintenance, tracking, and effective deployment of equipment and assets throughout assigned area ensuring product availability.
+ Ensure all promotional materials are maintained in a presentable manner. Ensure DePuy Synthes Services and offerings meet the highest quality standards.
+ Provide logistical support by moving instruments, implants, and equipment between sales representatives and hospitals.
**Qualifications**
**Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's Degree **or**
+ Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 2 years of professional experience **or**
+ Minimum of 4 years of professional experience **or**
+ Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty
**Other:**
+ Ability to travel within the U.S. as necessary (frequent overnight and/or weekend)
+ Residence in or ability to relocate to a geographic region assigned by the Company
+ The ability to work in a lab/operating room environment
+ A valid driver's license issued in the United States
+ Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required
