We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team in a dynamic continuing care retirement community (CCRC). Our therapy department is committed to supporting the health, independence, and quality of life for residents across all levels of care.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide meaningful interventions in a variety of settings, including:
- Outpatient Therapy: Assisting residents in maintaining independence and wellness through personalized treatment plans that promote strength, coordination, and functional ability.
- Memory Care: Delivering compassionate, evidence-based interventions that focus on engagement, safety, and quality of life for residents with memory care needs.
- Assisted Living: Supporting residents in daily living activities with targeted therapies that enhance mobility, balance, and functional independence.
