This role focuses on pre-analytical and analytical tasks such as specimen accessioning, nucleic acid extraction, and PCR setup under the supervision of a CLS or Technical Supervisor. MLTs are not permitted to result or interpret data in California but play a vital role in daily lab operations. Responsibilities

• Performs manual and automated routine blood tests.
• Prepares specimens for microscope examination.
• Operates laboratory equipment including centrifuges, dry bath incubators, and blood bank refrigerators.
• Performs routine and specialized moderate and high complexity laboratory tests on all types of blood and body fluid specimens under minimal supervision.
• Ensures accurate and reliable test results by adhering to a strict quality control program.
