The Catering Services Worker supports the event operations team in running successful catering orders and events within the location. The Catering Services Worker supports and carries out event set up, transporting equipment, food, or other supplies to the event location, serving guests during the event, and breaking down/ cleaning up after the end of an event.

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $23.00 to $23.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

? Set up catering and event service according to client/customer requests and banquet event order
? Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all vital supplies and equipment
? Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested in banquet event order
? Replenish Food and Beverage products during events
? Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
? Pick up and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service
? Break down and clean area after the conclusion of the events and return equipment to accurate storage
? Provide excellent customer service to all guests
? Follow safety policies and procedures

? Previous customer service experience preferred
? Previous catering experience preferred
? Demonstrate the ability to work independently with limited supervision
? Must follow the required dress code as assigned
? Must be available to work event-based hours
? Must be able to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required

Job Summary

The National Project Director is responsible for managing and directing medium to large-scale national and/or regional claims/jobs. National Project Directors will direct the production team, Superintendents, and Operations Managers in the production phase of jobs for their assigned accounts via established work orders. This position reports directly to the Director of their assigned Division and interfaces with other departments within the company as required.

Key Responsibilities

Core responsibilities for the position are as follows:

• Manage national and/or regional accounts, maintaining existing client relationships and building new ones.
• Monitor projects from beginning to completion.
• Develop estimates for medium to large-scale construction and mitigation projects.
• Serve as point of contact for national and/or regional accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations for national and/or regional accounts, ensuring alignment with company policy, standards, and goals.
• Conduct internal account audits to ensure compliance with client expectations (discounts, schedule of fees).
• Conduct thorough inspections of jobs and recommend further work to adjusters or clients.
• Perform loss site inspections to determine damages and prepare bids for adjusters or customers.
• Track project plans and make adjustments as needed to stay on track and meet contract schedules.
• Maintain frequent and effective communication with adjusters, customers, co-workers, and contractors.
• Prepare work orders for scheduling, ensuring accuracy and detail; disseminate to responsible parties.
• Approve time and material billing, ensuring all billable job costs are captured.
• Gather and review all documents and work orders to ensure customer invoices are sent in a timely manner for prompt invoicing/payment.
• Market company services to adjusters and/or potential clients.
• Maintain business contacts and/or source new business for generating new work.
• Collaborate with Account Executives in preparation of bids for adjusters or customers.
• Support the Companys safe workplace policies and practices and promote adherence.

Experience/Requirements

The position of National Project Director requires the following:

• Valid Drivers License with a driving record in good standing.
• Proven experience in managing and directing large-scale projects in commercial mitigation and construction.
• Demonstrated management and communication skills liaising with major corporations or other high-level decision makers.
• Extensive knowledge in construction estimating for complex, large-scale projects at national or regional levels.
• Well-versed in time & material billing concepts.
• Solid experience in sales and customer service, experienced in marketing services for generating new or existing business.
• Thorough knowledge of cost containment and risk management.
• Thorough knowledge of basic safety standards and work practices.
• Experience in effective communications, coaching, and training.
• Experience in leading crews, delegating, and communicating effectively at all levels; strong leadership skills.
• Industry-related certification is desirable.
• Completion or in the process of completing IICRC Training.
• Ability to generate reports using Microsoft Suite products; Xactimate experience is desired.

Working Conditions

Working conditions for this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Occasional travel outside of assigned region.
• Extended work hours and weekend hours must be available after hours and weekends.
