Experience
- Proven experience in the construction industry with a strong focus on carpentry skills including woodworking and metal stud framing.
- Familiarity with restoration industry practices is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in construction painting and maintenance person services is advantageous.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of caulking techniques, stucco application, and assembly processes.
