THE OPPORTUNITY
Silvus is seeking a **_Machine Learning Engineer_** with a strong background in wireless communications to join our innovative _R&D team_ . This role will report to the _R&D Director, Machine Learning_ and will focus on applying machine learning and data-driven techniques to improve the performance, efficiency, and adaptability of Silvus' advanced MIMO radios and wireless networking systems. The successful individual in this role will work closely with experts in wireless communications, DSP, networking, and embedded systems to develop ML-driven features that solve real-world problems in dynamic and challenging RF environments.
This position is based at Silvus Technologies' headquarters in the heart of vibrant **West Los Angeles,** **CA** and is on a hybrid schedule; a minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected. On-site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles is $202,900 to $72,100 per year, in San Francisco is 222,200 to 297,900 per year, and in New York or Seattle is 212,600 to 285,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
