The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $56,600 to $02,700. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 67,900 to 116,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with Sales Directors and Managers to develop and execute category leadership strategies that drive profitable growth across DIY, Hardware, and Club channels Deliver actionable insights across assortment, placement and merchandising by leveraging shopper and category data to enhance the in-store and online experience Support annual account planning by equipping sales teams with strategic insights and category solutions aligned with customer and company objectives Partner with Shopper Insights team to design and execute primary research that fuels innovation and strengthens category growth Continuously evaluate and optimize category and shopper solutions, translating performance analysis into strategic recommendations for ongoing improvement Utilize a wide range of data sources, tools and technologies to uncover emerging shopper trends and integrate them into impactful customer strategies REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant business experience OR advanced degree and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant business experience Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS 5+ years of experience in Category Management or Shopper Insights 1+ years of business analytics experience Identify next generationCategory& Shopper researchtools& sourcesto best understand the retailer shopper and unlock category growth. Experience in CPG and/or retail Experience working with syndicated data software (i.e., IRI or Nielsen) and JDA.
