We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work an In-Patient/hospital role. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.
**Pay Range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

+ Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
+ Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
+ Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
+ Process billing information and collect payments when required
+ Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
+ Maintain patient and specimen information logs
+ Provide superior customer service to all patients
+ Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
+ Travel to additional sites when needed
**Required Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist is required
+ Able to pass a standardized color blindness test _._

Once telephone calls are completed, you will be required to document the conversation within the claim file in a timely manner utilizing the appropriate level of detail and professional writing skills
* Interacts and communicates effectively with claimants, customers, attorneys, brokers, and family members during claim evaluations
* Compiles file documentation and correspondence requiring extensive policy and factual detail. Analyzes information to determine if additional information is needed to make a reasonable and logical claims determination based off the information available
* Collaborates with both external and internal resources, such as physicians, attorneys, clinical/vocational consultants as needed to gather data such as medical/occupational information in order to ensure reasonable, thorough decisions.
* Clarifies and reconciles inconsistencies when gathering information during claim evaluations and collaborates with Fraud Waste and Abuse resources as needed
* Proficiently calculates monthly benefits due after elimination period, to include COLA, Social Security Offsets, and Rehab Return to Work benefits, and other non-routine payments
* Provides timely and detailed written communication during the claim evaluation process which outlines the status of the evaluation and/or claim determination.
* Addresses and resolves escalated customer complaints in a timely and thorough manner. Identifies and refers appropriate matters to our appeals, complaint, or litigation support areas.

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to assist with maintaining an industrial laundry facility. Responsibilities include but are not limited to repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems and components including but limited to washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems and boilers; performing preventive/predictive maintenance; performing various welding activities; preforming boiler chemical testing and making necessary chemistry adjustments; resolving safety concerns; performing indoor and outdoor housekeeping; maintaining inventory supplies; preparing maintenance records; identifying and evaluating, monitoring work performed by inside and outside service companies; responding to emergency alarms; and mentoring Maintenance Technician I partners.
**Skills/Qualifications**
Required
+ 5+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military
+ Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English
+ Experience with and ability to read a blueprint
+ Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
+ Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift
+ High School Diploma/GED
Preferred
+ Boiler knowledge
+ HVAC experience
+ Experience and ability to perform welding activities such as MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting and brazing

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $29.09 - $35.47/Hour.
