Summary: The Account Management Services (AMS) Specialist is responsible for providing advanced agent-level support to NTTA commercial accounts, Regional Tolling Partners (RTP), and representing NTTA at regional promotional events. This role engages with customers and partners to increase TollTag adoption, field inquiries and provide resolutions, drive TollPerks enrollment and redemptions, oversee NTTA-sponsored promotional events, and provide technical support for commercial account management. ***Starting Pay: $18.50/hr.*** Responsibilities: Perform account management service duties for commercial, auto dealership, government entities, and others, assisting customers with billing inquiries, requests for service, adjustments to payment methods, researching customer information, processing payments, resolving disputes, and other commercial account services. Support NTTA Regional Toll Partners (RTPs) with back-office system training, user-access requests, and TollTag inventory management - including performing, tracking, and evaluating inventory audits and related RTP-support activities. Staff single and multi-day NTTA-sponsored promotional events, including booth/table set up and tear down, customer engagement, promotion of the TollTag and TollPerks, and providing customer service at the event. Qualifications: Minimum High School Diploma. 5+ years of proven experience in customer service or in a position requiring significant interaction with the public. Valid driver's license. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to physically stand during events and perform event set up and tear down.   • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure a positive experience and identify areas for improvement.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field;
  • 5+ years working in the Microsoft partner channel, existing Microsoft relationships preferred;
  • Proven track record selling cloud-based professional and managed services;
  • Commercially savvy and able to negotiate contracts and profitable terms with clients;
  • Solid understanding of the typical commercial deal structures and pricing options in the consulting and managed services space;
  • Must be entrepreneurial and have a passion for building a portfolio of clients that are committed to long-term relationships;
  • Must be a team player and enjoy collaborating with our client solutions and leaders to shape and close business.

Overview

The Business Development Executive  role will be responsible for supporting the overall growth agenda of the organization.  This role will open new accounts and expand existing client relationships through selling our digital studio professional and managed services.  The Business Development Executive will work closely with the client solutions team and Microsoft to develop differentiated innovative solutions that help our clients gain competitive advantage.
