What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current Trade Pro Members and their clients to make ProSource their primary source for flooring and cabinets.
- Proactively (and consistently) reach out to trade pros that are not currently doing business with ProSource and help them understand how ProSource and become their partner & grow their business through membership.
- Be curious by asking questions and understanding your member's or your prospect’s business, growth goals, and their current projects so that you can provide solutions for them and what separates you from their competition.
- Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience for your trade pros and their clients.
- Learn and stay on top of the industry products, key home remodeling trends, and industry news by leveraging our extensive training opportunities, including online and classroom training, and vendor reps and events.
- Maintain and update our CRM system with information about your members and prospects.
- Have a sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed goals.
- Build strong partnerships with the showroom team.

Reporting to the Director of Academics, the BDS will support institutions through the EC-Council Academia Series and Partnership Model ( equipping them with the tools and resources needed to grow and enhance their cybersecurity programs.

- Create targeted regional or state level initiatives and promotions to drive product awareness.
Preferences of this role, include, but are not limited to:
- Typically requires a bachelors degree or appropriate combination of education and experience
- Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of higher education experience
- Must have experience in Training/ educational/ IT industry sales
- Must understand the structure of higher education and various institutional models
- Must have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize time sensitive projects and deadlines

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the operation of HEAVENDROPt, growth of IDD services, new business
development, and the overall supervision of all current Florida state operations. Acts in accordance
with the policies and directives of the Board of Directors and under the general direction of the

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
•Oversee the daily operation of HEAVENDROPt, and Florida operations, with direct
supervision of any Florida Executive Director.
•Expand the amount and type of IDD services provided in FL, in conjunction with the
RVP.
•Grow and expand HEAVENDROPt, in conjunction with the RVP.
•To provide consultative services to other Executive Directors regarding staffing patterns,
overtime management, program development, survey preparation, quality assurance
audits, compliance plans and regulatory issues.
•Deal with management issues and trainings for Executive Directors in conjunction with the
RVP of Programs.
•Work in conjunction with the RVP of Programs on standardization of organizational
charts and positions
•Establish and implement policies and procedures which assure that the best
interest of individuals served, staff, and facilities are served at all times.
•Provide financial information needed for preparation of annual budget and ensure that
Florida operations are conducted within that budget.
•Review monthly financial statements and take appropriate action to address any
budget variances.
•Maintain all records, funds, and statistics.

•Develop and build relationships with local, and state legislators.

contributors, volunteers, and board members.

•Coordinate with officials of state agencies when required.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/JOB KNOWLEDGE
•Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, or a
directly related field. Master's degree preferred.
•Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in the field of developmental
disabilities. Previous experience as program administrator in a related health care
field preferred
•Knowledge of administrative procedures and financial aptitude that will insure a
fiscally sound division.
•Working knowledge of Windows 10, Office 2016 applications. Aptitude to learn other
software programs as required for this position. Working knowledge of electronic
health record systems
