Job responsibilities
- Lead solutioning for on/off balance sheet deposit and investment products, while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives
- Serve as a subject matter expert and consultative resources while working with Payment Sales Managers, Bankers, and clients to determine optimal product mix and deposit rates.
- Own evaluation of deposit opportunities, pricing approvals and associated governance framework
- Drive deposit strategy in evolving rate environment & incorporate firmwide balance sheet objectives to maximize NII
- Engage with cross line of business partners within Asset Management and Wealth Management in order to develop a coordinated strategy and deploy a robust set of investment solutions to address the needs of clients seeking to invest their excess reserve/strategic cash.
- Develop and manage joint client strategy with Asset Management and Wealth Management (Advisors) - including engagement/referral model, revenue share, reporting, etc.
- Ensure regular dialogue and engagement between key stakeholders of cross-LOB partners; key partners include JPMAM teams (Global Liquidity, Retirement, Institutional), JPMorgan Advisors, JPMorgan Private Bank and CIB Escrow
- Educate and train coverage teams on deposit & investment product positioning, pricing philosophy, interest rate and macro trends
- Provide market insights and industry outreach (presence) to support overall client engagement - incl. industry forums, events, whitepapers, etc.
- Manage key initiatives for Payments Sales and Banker management teams with the goal of maximizing client and portfolio profitability, while attracting and solidifying broad customer relationships
