Volume:

  • Avg Monthly Cases: 1,800
  • Avg Monthly OB Deliveries: 325

Scheduling & Call

  • Shifts: Open to 8s, 10s, 12s, 14s, 16s, and 24-hour shifts
  • Call Shifts:
    • Weekday Beeper Call: 3:30 PM 7:00 AM
    • Weekend Call: 24-hour (7:00 AM 7:00 AM)
    • Preferred: At least one call shift per month

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a CRNA ( No recent graduates )
Licensure: Active Florida License required
Certifications: ACLS, Board Certified
Malpractice History: No prior malpractice or background issues
Location Restrictions:

  • No candidates who have worked for Envision within the past 12 months and live within 75 miles of the site
  • No candidates who have worked at this site or an affiliated site in the past 24 months
  • New candidates who have never worked for Envision must live outside the 75-mile radius
