DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will engage in intricate clerical tasks, which encompass receptionist duties as well as the evaluation and processing of agency-related information through a variety of duties. While operating with a significant degree of independence, you will provide comprehensive clerical support to the agency, facilitating the completion of all administrative, programmatic, and fiscal responsibilities. Your main focus will be to oversee the receptionist area, ensuring that the agency's needs are addressed promptly and efficiently. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in cross-training with colleagues in the fiscal and clerical unit to offer assistance as needed.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will help our team create the strongest foundation for the future wellbeing of our children, families, and community by serving as our office receptionist and performing a variety of moderately complex clerical work. This includes greeting visitors, answering phones, and forwarding messages, as well as completing general clerical tasks such as copying, typing, proofreading, faxing, and mailing. Our team will also rely on you to complete data entry functions, prepare agency staff meetings, and help maintain the agency's electronic and physical filing systems. You may have the chance to expand your skills by cross training with other members of the fiscal and clerical unit, assisting with these duties as needed. Your attention to detail and teamwork will be key for helping our overall clerical support system ensure that the agency's needs are met timely and efficiently.
