Position Overview:The Assembly Line Associate is responsible for assembling products, monitoring the production process, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. This position is seasonal on-site, full-time/1st Shift (7 am until 3:30 pm/Mon-Fri) at the Joliet, DC.RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities - include but are not limited to the following: Assemble gifts by hand, place products in gift boxes, and neatly package all gifts, label, and tape gift boxes manually as requested.Ensure quality assembly of products, meeting customer and regulatory requirements.Comply with and understand safety regulations, product quality assurance (Q.A.), and GMP rules.Strive to keep a quick but quality production speed, meeting Hickory Farms' fast-paced environment.Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.Cultural fit that embodies the company's core values.Other Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Position Overview:
The Assembly Line Associate is responsible for assembling products, monitoring the production process, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. This position is seasonal on-site, full-time/1st Shift (7 am until 3:30 pm/Mon-Fri) at the Joliet, DC.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - include but are not limited to the following:
- Assemble gifts by hand, place products in gift boxes, and neatly package all gifts, label, and tape gift boxes manually as requested.
- Ensure quality assembly of products, meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
- Comply with and understand safety regulations, product quality assurance (Q.A.), and GMP rules.
- Strive to keep a quick but quality production speed, meeting Hickory Farms' fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
- Cultural fit that embodies the company's core values.
