  • Guarantee the agreed service rates in the resorts and with suppliers in terms of supply, availability and stock level to ensure optimal resort activity.

  • Monitor and track movement of products.

  • Ownership of terminal business schedules within complex.

  • Coordinate downtime and delays with the complex's customers.

  • Coordinating vessel and pipeline activities with key stakeholders as applicable.

  • Oversee Terminal Smart Application and verify info and times are being tracked accordingly.

  • Build and maintain overall business schedule for the complex.

  • Confirming vessel and barge final inspection reports with inspectors as applicable.

  • Learning terminal/pipeline operations as applicable.

  • Managing overall business schedule with operations, projects, and compliance.

  • Developing good working relationships and communication with operations, stakeholders, and customers.

  • Coordinate rail logistic activities with local, state and federal regulators (DOT, FRA).

Logistics Coordinator - Doral, FL

SNI Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of products from our warehouses to customers, retailers, and internal teams.

This role ensures that orders are accurately processed, tracked, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Order Scheduling and Follow-Up: Plan and assign weekly product shipments, ensuring orders are executed according to schedule. Follow up daily on the status of orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Order Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the progress of all orders and update reports and systems to reflect real-time, accurate information. This ensures data is always current for decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide visibility to stakeholders-including customers, sales teams, and supply chain management-by sharing estimated delivery dates and weekly updates on orders.
  • Order Accuracy and Completion: Maintain and complete orders from initiation to fulfillment, verifying accurate quantities, pricing, product identification (SKU or Stock Keeping Unit), and product condition.
  • Report Validation: Review and compare daily automated system reports generated by Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to ensure accuracy. This involves checking that the system-generated data matches actual order and shipment information.
  • IMEI Management: Link International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) numbers-unique identifiers for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets-to the correct orders and provide this information to customers upon request.
Core Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or operations support.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) or order management systems.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
