What Youll Be Doing:
- Review and assess current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Audit and recommend updates to procedures, forms, reports, systems, and equipment usage.
- Support layout optimization, workflow redesign, and documentation simplification.
- Evaluate organizational structure to reduce redundancy and overlap in functions.
- Work closely with internal teams to implement proposed changes and track results.
What You Bring:
- 13 years of experience in operations, business process improvement, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and document existing workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting inefficiencies and proposing effective solutions.
