+ Directly manage a team of Customer Service Associates (CSAs) across two locations: Pasadena, TX and Atlanta, GA with strong influential leadership across the entire Lifecycle Services CSA team to drive consistency and process improvement.

+ Monitor reports to maintain alignment of supply and demand of material.
+ Monitors capacity of Machine Shop and Assembly and adjusts master schedule to balance priorities and increase timely delivery.
+ Responsible for crafting Production Reports and leading Production Planning Meetings with each site and management.
+ Up to 15% domestic travel may be required.

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing stock allocations as required in order to prevent shortages to customer sales orders. Allocations are based on business rules and customer prioritization provided by Sales and Demand & Supply Planning to reflect commercial strategies. This position collaborates with cross-functional business partners to align on actions to mitigate the out of stock risk, while managing customer expectations proactively. The role has a direct impact on the service to our customers.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**Managing Demand**
+ Understands parameters that have an impact on the allocation process (such as ATP scope of Check, Sales Order Horizon, etc.) and manages the settings in cross-functional alignment
+ Executes strategies from Operational Demand & Supply Review (OpsDSR) to ensure stock allocation based on business priorities and customer prioritization
+ Leverages GLOBE functionalities to automate the allocation process to mitigate out of stock risk (e.g. Product Allocation Cockpit, Unavailable Product Check, Material Determinations / Substitutions etc.) in the following scenarios:
+ Short supply
+ Promotions
+ New item launch
+ Seasonal items
+ Discontinued items
+ Price / pack change
+ Identifies and executes mitigation action to allocate inventory to sales orders to prevent shortages while leveraging respective GLOBE functionalities (such as Reservations, BOPI, DMC, etc.). Escalates to and engages other functions when required to determine mitigation actions.
+ Communicates potential shortages to Customer Solution Analyst for mitigation actions that require customer contact and issue resolution
+ Ensures timely delivery note creation and application of appropriate root cause for unconfirmed items
**Collaboration and Continuous Improvement**
+ Works collaboratively with internal and external partners (such as Transportation, 3rd Party Warehouses, etc.) to ensure fulfillment of orders
+ Participates in Operational Reviews and monitors target achievements and relevant KPIs / PPIs / Health Checks
+ Contributes to the continuous improvement of the Order Fulfillment process in collaboration with the Center of Competence (CoC)
**REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:**
+ Undergraduate degree strongly preferred
+ Availability / flexibility to work different shifts based on customer geography/time zone; or 7 days operations
**EXPERIENCE:**
+ 2 - 4 years experience in Supply Chain preferred (e.g. Order Management, Distribution, Inventory Management, Transportation, Demand and Supply Planning etc.)
**SKILLS:**
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data
+ Well-organized, methodical thinker with excellent decision-making skills
+ Strong and creative problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Proficiency in SAP, BW and Business Objects preferred
+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
