Job Title: Agile Project Manager - Data and Cross Functional Teams

About the Role:

We are looking for an Agile focused Project Manager with a proven track record of implementing Agile methodologies for data teams. In this role you will spend half your time embedded with the data team helping them transition to Agile ways of working and introducing processes that lead to consistent predictable delivery. The other half of your time will be spent working across other areas of the organization including the AI team CRM team Security team and Legal team bringing Agile principles to a variety of projects.

This is a highly collaborative role that will require you to work with multiple teams simultaneously adapt your coaching style to different environments and ensure that Agile is not just adopted but truly embedded into the way each team operates. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Work with leaders and stakeholders to align Agile processes with data governance data catalog and related initiatives
  • Collaborate with other teams in the organization including AI CRM Security and Legal to apply Agile methods and accelerate their project delivery
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure cross functional alignment on priorities and timelines
  • Provide hands on guidance and thought leadership to help teams overcome challenges and improve delivery outcomes

  • Proven experience leading Agile transformations for data teams within a corporate environment
  • Ability to work across multiple departments and adapt Agile practices to fit different types of teams
  • Strong facilitation coaching and mentoring skills
  • Hands on Agile delivery experience not just theoretical knowledge
  • Familiarity with data governance and data catalog tools such as Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Purview preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non technical stakeholders

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

After successfully completing the Trane Technologies Graduate Training Program (GTP), you will assume the responsibilities of an Associate Account Manager, specializing in Equipment, Services, or Controls, in a predetermined office location.
As an Associate Account Manager, you will:
+ Sell the world's most complete line of efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to our commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
+ Work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers in the design, application and sale of equipment, controls, parts, and services for our customer's buildings.
+ Build and strengthen customer relationships by identifying and understanding customer needs and requirements throughout a full sales cycle.
+ Enhance sales strategies through the development of strategic opportunities and analysis of market conditions by maintaining technical and professional knowledge
+ Create and execute a sales plan and growth strategy for the territory and customers to meet or exceed sales targets.
+ Achieve strategic objectives and established sales quotas through securing new design wins and effectively managing the entire sales channel.
**What you will bring:**
+ Possess a bachelor's degree: Preferred: Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Engineering.
+ Must be graduated prior to start date of Graduate Training Program.
+ A passion for continuous learning in technical fields, ensuring a solid foundation for understanding and communicating engineering solutions.
+ Have had prior internship experience at Trane Technologies or the capability to commence in-office work 3 months prior to GTP start date.

This role is responsible for overseeing process parameters and implementing equipment in the Rubber Mixing Department. The focus is on reducing variability and addressing production issues. Collaboration with Senior Compounder, chemists, and VP Technology is essential to create and modify formulations, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
Responsibilities
+ Work with the technical department, customers, mix department, sales, and customer service for creative technology implementation.
+ Develop and maintain work instructions in accordance with ISO 9001.
+ Provide technical service to production by instructing operators and creating documentation on mixing processes, cure cycles, temperatures, and process requirements.
+ Create graphs and analyze data on production parameters.
+ Extensively interact with Enterprise software (QAD) and equipment software to identify data, develop relationships, and set up formulations for production.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, providing technical service to meet their specific product needs.
+ Adjust formulations for scorch consistency by modifying formulations, mixing cycles, or running S.P.C. and changing control gates.
+ Utilize work-away stock by employing knowledge of stock and using formulations.
+ Identify and recommend process changes for cost and scrap reductions.
+ Recommend compounds for quoting and evaluate raw material for cost reductions.
+ Make recommendations for improving the effectiveness of policies and procedures.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related science.
+ 5+ years of experience in rubber mixing, molding, injection, and transfer/compression.
+ Thorough understanding of ISO9001.
+ Knowledge of various polymers.
+ Experience in rubber formulating.
+ Excellent communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proficiency in SPC and 8-D problem-solving methods.

Work Environment
The position is based in a large industrial warehouse environment with a mix of old and new machinery, including production-scale rubber internal mixers, mills, and batch-off cooling equipment. The workweek consists of 10-hour days from 6 am to 4 pm, four days a week, with no work on Fridays. The plant operates two shifts with a total of 70 employees. The role involves a balanced mix of 50% time spent on the production floor and lab, and 50% at the desk. Collaboration with lab supervisors, senior process engineers, safety specialists, EHS, and production supervisors is required.
