About the Role:
We are looking for an Agile focused Project Manager with a proven track record of implementing Agile methodologies for data teams. In this role you will spend half your time embedded with the data team helping them transition to Agile ways of working and introducing processes that lead to consistent predictable delivery. The other half of your time will be spent working across other areas of the organization including the AI team CRM team Security team and Legal team bringing Agile principles to a variety of projects.
This is a highly collaborative role that will require you to work with multiple teams simultaneously adapt your coaching style to different environments and ensure that Agile is not just adopted but truly embedded into the way each team operates. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organization by helping teams work more efficiently and deliver greater value.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Partner with the data team to implement Agile practices tailored to their needs including sprint planning backlog refinement retrospectives and daily stand ups
- Mentor and coach data team members on Agile concepts and best practices ensuring they can sustain the methodology long term
- Work with leaders and stakeholders to align Agile processes with data governance data catalog and related initiatives
- Collaborate with other teams in the organization including AI CRM Security and Legal to apply Agile methods and accelerate their project delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure cross functional alignment on priorities and timelines
- Provide hands on guidance and thought leadership to help teams overcome challenges and improve delivery outcomes
- Foster a culture of transparency accountability and continuous improvement across all participating teams
- Proven experience leading Agile transformations for data teams within a corporate environment
- Ability to work across multiple departments and adapt Agile practices to fit different types of teams
- Strong facilitation coaching and mentoring skills
- Hands on Agile delivery experience not just theoretical knowledge
- Familiarity with data governance and data catalog tools such as Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Purview preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non technical stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams such as AI CRM Security and Legal is a plus

This role leads a team of Technical Sales Representatives (Inside Sales Reps) and is responsible for achieving plan objectives within an assigned area. The Technical Sales Manager translates marketing plans and strategies into effective operational tactics for their team, with a strong focus on employee onboarding and training in products, customers, account management, and business development. This position provides strategic direction for segments, setting clear goals, strategies, and initiatives to drive the achievement of divisional financial and non-financial metrics.

The salary range for this position is $9,000 - 113,000/ year.
The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Collaboration with Senior Compounder, chemists, and VP Technology is essential to create and modify formulations, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
Responsibilities
+ Work with the technical department, customers, mix department, sales, and customer service for creative technology implementation.
+ Develop and maintain work instructions in accordance with ISO 9001.
+ Provide technical service to production by instructing operators and creating documentation on mixing processes, cure cycles, temperatures, and process requirements.
+ Create graphs and analyze data on production parameters.
+ Extensively interact with Enterprise software (QAD) and equipment software to identify data, develop relationships, and set up formulations for production.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, providing technical service to meet their specific product needs.
+ Adjust formulations for scorch consistency by modifying formulations, mixing cycles, or running S.P.C. and changing control gates.
+ Utilize work-away stock by employing knowledge of stock and using formulations.
+ Identify and recommend process changes for cost and scrap reductions.

Work Environment
The position is based in a large industrial warehouse environment with a mix of old and new machinery, including production-scale rubber internal mixers, mills, and batch-off cooling equipment. The workweek consists of 10-hour days from 6 am to 4 pm, four days a week, with no work on Fridays. The plant operates two shifts with a total of 70 employees. The role involves a balanced mix of 50% time spent on the production floor and lab, and 50% at the desk. Collaboration with lab supervisors, senior process engineers, safety specialists, EHS, and production supervisors is required.
