We are looking for those who have a customer service background, but will give priority to those with a background in 1st party collections, debt resolution, and financial services.

The shift for this position is Monday through Friday 2pm-11pm. No weekends required .

We need people who are ready start at our Amherst NY office on September 8th, 2025. Training will be from 9:00am - 5:00pm for the first 3 weeks. After the initial training period, there are 3 weeks of on-the-job training with a schedule of 1p-10p
