We are looking for in-office employees who will be calling current customers who are 2-90 days behind on their current credit card payment, to remind them of their missed payment. There are no old debts. The goal is to utilize customer service skills, and the banks offerings to help customers return to a current status and avoid further collections activity . Employees will be given the opportunity to work from home once quality and attendance guidelines have been met. We are looking for those who have a customer service background, but will give priority to those with a background in 1st party collections, debt resolution, and financial services.
The shift for this position is Monday through Friday 2pm-11pm. No weekends required .
We need people who are ready start at our Amherst NY office on September 8th, 2025. Training will be from 9:00am - 5:00pm for the first 3 weeks. After the initial training period, there are 3 weeks of on-the-job training with a schedule of 1p-10p
