**Work Environment**
Our facility operates on a Monday to Friday schedule with three shifts available: 1st shift from 7:00am to 3:00pm, 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and 3rd shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am. Overtime is occasionally available on a voluntary basis. The production floor is clean, quiet, well-lit, and organized, requiring steel-toed boots and safety glasses. You will work in a small team of five, alongside a team lead during each shift.

You will be responsible for setting up polishing/buffing equipment, selecting proper wheels and abrasives, and changing wheels and belts as specified. We are looking for experienced, skilled Machine Operators to set up, maintain, and operate machinery. We are looking for working individuals who are reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. Our goal is to ensure that production procedures will be carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.
Responsibilities:
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
Feed raw material into machines
Test operation of machines periodically
Fix issues that might occur during the shift
Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
