Required Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
- High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
- Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
- Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
- Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.

- Collaborates with patient and family to develop and implement a plan of care that includes physical, spiritual and educational components
- Work with state-of-the-art technology
- Demonstrates the ability to manage lactation assignment effectively
- Provides equipment as needed, formulates feeding plan with parents, makes referrals for services as needed
- Promote evidence-based practice and quality initiatives and exhibits professionalism in nursing practice within the model of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®
Requirements/Qualifications
- Graduate from school of nursing
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
- Certified by International Board of Certified Lactation Consultant Examiners
- Effective Communication Skills
- Minimum of two years recent and relevant clinical experience
