As a **QC / Site Manager** at Perini Management Services, reporting to the **Operations Manager** , you will have the opportunity to:
Quality Control
+ Implement and maintain the approved Contractor Quality Control Plan including responsibility for all required preparatory meetings, initial inspections and follow up inspections.
+ Develop understanding/working knowledge of company quality control program, industry standards, procedures, etc. required to perform assigned work.
+ Manage and review shop drawings and product submittal process.
+ Plan, schedule and run Preparatory Meetings.

+ Administer all aspects of Prime Contract including subcontract administration, scheduling, and closeout.
+ Develop, implement and administer procedures that include document control of design and post design material submittals, RFI's, shop drawings and change orders.
+ Develop and maintain productive and professional relationships with Client and A/E Contacts, and subcontractors to facilitate construction activities.
+ Monitor/control construction process through direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate and identify all potential impacts to the project and implement corrective measures.
+ Manage financial aspects of Prime Contract and Subcontracts (invoicing, payments, modifications, etc.) Protect company's financial interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with Client.
+ Ensure productivity of subcontractors, efficient use of materials & equipment, and overall schedule of the project.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Experience as QC/QA on Design-Build Projects
+ Experience as PM Managing Construction Projects with Values of Approx. $10+ Million.
+ Four (4) year engineering degree or equivalent, or 5 or more years of construction QC, Supervision, and/or Management Experience
+ Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills required
+ Proficiency with Word, Excel, Bluebeam, P6, Prolog, or similar management software
+ Temporary relocation to project required.

We're looking for a responsible and highly motivated **IPM Technician** to join our team as a vital member of our research programs. This position is focused on the technical execution of the Integrated Pest Management Strategy to ensure that the activities and products meet applicable field, business, and/or regulatory compliance and standards for delivering high quality seeds in all crops planted in open fields, and assuring safe practices are followed. This position will supervise small and large groups of seasonal workers in charge of pesticide applications and injections using backpacks. The IPM technician works hand to hand with the Agronomy IPM Specialist and Supervisor to ensure that daily spray plans are executed on time and following standard operational procedures and safety practices. Collaboration with other areas of the Agronomy group, innovation and leadership skills are expected in this position.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Execute daily insecticide sprays in open fields using backpack pumps and following high quality standards and EHS procedures.
+ Supervise small and large groups of seasonal workers in charge of insecticide sprays and ensure that equipment and supplies are available and in optimal conditions to execute planned activities.
+ Train and evaluate the performance of seasonal workers to ensure that the expectations are met.
+ Perform insecticide mixes following label instructions, WPS regulations and maximizing the chemical performance to ensure excellent efficiency.
+ Keep a record of daily tasks and use software to register applications information ensuring process fulfill EHS, EPA and WPS regulations.
+ Schedule and coordinate pesticide sprays keeping in mind restricted entry intervals and project needs.
+ Keep a daily open communication with the scouting team and other team members to make spraying decisions according to priorities and needs.
+ Perform field walks to evaluate the results and efficiency of the agrochemicals spray and communicate the results to the rest of the team.
+ Responsible for maintaining storage areas and equipment organized and in excellent operating conditions. Keep a updated inventory of tools and equipment.
+ Maintain strong and fluid communication with the IPM specialist and IPM Supervisor to ensure that resources and supplies are available on time and use as efficiently as possible.
+ Keep corporate vehicles, trailers and other equipment clean and in optimal conditions. Implement excellent housekeeping practices.
+ When required, execute tasks related to mechanical and manual pest control in open fields, including but not limited to insect traps, manual removal of pests and use of physical barriers.
+ Participate in the execution of treatments and data collection on Agronomical essays.
+ Operate specialized spray equipment and learn new technologies.
+ Recognize improvement opportunities and provide practical solutions for the challenges that arise.

Job Description
We're looking for a responsible and highly motivated Agronomy IPM Specialist to join our team as a vital member of our research programs. This position provides technical and functional guidance for an IPM team in charge of the operation and management of self-propelled sprayers and other specialized spray equipment in open fields. The Agronomy IPM Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the activities of this group meet applicable field, business, and/or regulatory compliance following high quality standards and assuring safe practices are followed. This position oversees the execution of pesticide sprays during a second shift of work taking into consideration the strategies for insecticide resistance management, biological control and the delivery of high-quality seeds in all crops. Additionally, this position also works hand by hand with the Agronomy IPM Supervisor to ensure resources and supplies needed are available to meet team goals in an effective and efficient way. Collaboration with other operational groups and promotion of a continued process improvement environment is expected.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Use field scouting data and daily observations to develop and create spray recipes for efficient control of pests and diseases in all the crops.
+ Follow standard operational procedures to ensure that pesticide sprays are done following high quality standards. Select the adequate spray equipment and nozzles combinations according to the target and standard operational procedures.
+ Perform annual sprayers calibration and quality tests.
+ Operation and management of sprayers machines and other specialized spray equipment.
+ Safely use and management of rubber track tires (Mattracks) after heavy episodes of rain.
+ Perform spray notifications and management of sprays records using local software to ensure full compliance with EHS, EPA and WPS regulations.
+ Schedule and coordinate pesticide sprays keeping in mind restricted entry intervals (REI) and projects activities.
+ Supervise and ensure that the different activities of this group fulfill EHS, EPA, and WPS regulations.
+ Responsible for the request and management of a chemical inventory according to daily needs.
+ Use the scouting data and group feedback to analyze the effectiveness of pesticides sprays under your responsibility.
+ Update Standard Operational Procedures of the area according to best practices and improvements.
+ Perform local tests to improve spray strategies and effectiveness.
+ Lead the execution and data collection of different Agronomical essays.
+ Perform recognition walks to identify potential problems that may impact seed production and target success.
+ Provide support to other IPM teams and to the Field Operational Team when it is needed.
+ Follow all safety and environmental practices and procedures to prevent injuries, incidents, and ensure compliance with all environmental regulations. Collaborate in the EHS investigations process and follow all company principles and compliance programs.
+ Maintain strong and fluid communication with Agronomy IPM Supervisor to ensure resources and supplies are available and used as efficiently as possible.
+ Responsible for maintaining storage areas and equipment organized and in excellent operating conditions. Keep an updated inventory of tools and equipment.
+ Implement excellent housekeeping practices.
+ Work with the Machine Shop Team in the reparation, maintenance and transportation of the sprayers machines to ensure that they are available when needed.
+ Recognize improvement opportunities and provide practical solutions for the challenges that arise. Provide feedback to the Agronomy IPM supervisor about the functionality of the work team.
+ Comply with corporate courses, certifications and training before due dates.
+ Participate in team meetings and extracurricular activities.
+ Promote diversity, inclusion, and professionalism in the work environment.
+ Implement and manage changes effectively.
**What Skills You Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Sciences is required.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience working in integrated pest control activities.
+ Basic knowledge of pesticides modes of action and strategies for resistance management.
+ Experience in the operation and management of self-propelled sprayers.
+ Basic recognition of the main pests and diseases affecting corn, soybeans, cotton, wheat, and sorghum.
+ Experience performing mathematical calculations for pesticide dosing using different units for volume and solids.
+ Must be proficient using Microsoft Office programs, Power Apps, and other local software. Skills using technology and managing electronic devices and computer equipment.
+ Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is required.
+ Able to get the FAA part 107 drone pilot license.
+ Able to get the Department of Agriculture license for the use and management of restricted use pesticides.
+ Able to participate in a medical evaluation for use of respiratory protection.
+ Able to work on rotative or second shifts of work and during weekends and holidays.
+ Valid PR driver's license, category 4 preferred.
+ Willing and able to occasionally lift, push, or carry up to 20-50 lbs. of weight
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and creativity skills, especially attention to details.
+ Must be capable of working in varied ergonomic and in extreme environmental conditions for extended periods of time.
+ Must be capable of supervising small and large groups of seasonal workers.
