Overview:
Provides clinical supervisor and performance management of assigned patient care areas by organizing and directing the work of the health care providers (registered nurses, charge nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants). Experience: Four (4) years of experience in clinical specialty or related area (preferred). Able to apply principles of management, co-worker supervision, teach, performance improvement, and budget (required). Basic computer skills including data entry, Windows, and MS Office (required).
Certifications: Current Basic Life Support Certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support through an American Heart Association approved program.
Other: To ensure patient safety, it is mandatory that all licensed co-workers who provide direct patient care pass a medication and math competency test before assuming medication administration responsibilities. This exam will cover knowledge of the actions and side effects of commonly used drugs along with math, regarding correct dosages and IV problems.

Job Summary
The Receiving Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's receiving & raw material
inventory operations, including inbound logistics, storage, and comprehensive inventory management. This
critical role ensures the timely and precise receipt, storage, and management of all raw materials within the
plant and all off-site locations. The manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining plant-wide inventory accuracy
and supporting downstream production activities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in
receiving operations, warehouse and inventory management and a proven track record of effectively utilizing
SAP for receiving, inventory control, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management:
-Lead and manage all warehouse and receiving personnel.
-Train, mentor, and evaluate staff, fostering a high-performance, safety-conscious, and quality-driven
environment.
Warehouse & Receiving Operations:
-Direct and coordinate all daily warehouse operations, including inbound shipment scheduling,
unloading, inspection, counting, documentation, storage, and internal material movement.
-Develop and enforce best practices for material put-away, storage, and retrieval to optimize space
utilization and ensure an efficient flow of materials.
-Oversee the layout and organization of the plant and off-site warehouse locations to maximize
efficiency.
-Implement and enforce procedures to minimize receiving errors, discrepancies, and damage to
materials.
SAP System Management:
-Serve as the primary power user for SAP in all receiving and inventory management-related transactions
(e.g., Goods Receipt, Purchase Order verification, quality inspection triggers, put-away strategies,
inventory adjustments).
-Ensure accurate and timely data entry into SAP for all material movements.
-Troubleshoot and resolve SAP discrepancies, working closely with procurement, inventory control, and
production departments.
Inventory Accuracy & Control:
-Implement and maintain robust inventory control procedures to ensure data integrity and minimize
discrepancies across all storage locations.
-Collaborate closely with other departments to reconcile physical inventory with SAP records and resolve
any variances promptly.
-Oversee and lead cycle counting and physical inventory activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to
established protocols for the entire facility.
Operational Efficiency:
-Optimize warehouse and receiving workflows and processes to maximize efficiency, reduce lead times,
and minimize costs.
-Develop and implement best practices for material handling, storage, and space utilization across all
warehouse locations.
-Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and quality
in all warehouse operations.
-Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Equipment Management & Reporting:
-Ensure proper maintenance and operation of all warehouse and receiving equipment (e.g., forklifts,
pallet jacks, scanning devices).
-Generate regular reports on key metrics, including receiving volume, inventory accuracy, space
utilization, turnaround time, and labor utilization.
-Present findings and recommendations to management.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
-Work closely with other departments (e.g., Production, Quality Control, Purchasing, Shipping, Customer
Service) to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information.
Qualifications
Education:
-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is
preferred.
-Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
Experience:
-A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations is required, with at least 3
years in a supervisory or management role focused on warehousing, receiving, and inventory
management.
-Demonstrable expert-level proficiency with SAP (specifically modules related to Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM)) is a mandatory requirement.
-Proven experience in implementing and managing effective inventory control procedures.
-Proven experience in optimizing warehousing and receiving processes and implementing operational
efficiencies.
Skills:
-Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Working Conditions:
-The role is based in a warehouse environment and may include exposure to varying temperatures,
noise, and moving machinery.
-May require standing and walking for extended periods.
-Off hour / off shift presence will be required at times to meet business needs of a 24/7 operation.

Our Management Trainees are partnered with some of our most experienced, knowledgeable and passionate leaders across the fleet.
The Role
This is a 6 – 9 month accelerated training program, and offers professionals a Promising FUTURE with a clear career path. You can expect to receive development opportunities through live environment and classroom-style training, one-on-one mentoring, networking and travel opportunities.
You will relocate with a promotion to Assistant Manager Quality at any one of CSL's plasma centers located within the states of ___ after training is completed. Company paid relocation assistance provided. overnight travel up to 25% of time.
You will report to the Assistant Manager Quality.
Three Phases of the Management Trainee Program:
1. Production Training (6 weeks):
You will learn staff responsibilities, including: Medical Reception Technician, Donor Support Technician, Phlebotomy and Plasma Processing Technician.
2. Center Leadership Training (10 – 14 weeks):
You will travel overnight a total of 5 weeks to our leadership training sites (1 – 3 weeks at a time) to attend classroom style and live-environment training.
3. Leadership Experience & Development (12 weeks):
You will receive weekly one-on-one mentoring with your Sponsor (mentor) and complete a series of leadership development classes. Some of your daily responsibilities will include:
- Trending and investigations of deviations
- Change management and improvement plans
- Provide feedback to staff on observations
- Lead audits and ensure center is inspection-ready.
After completing the three phases, you will be eligible to apply for a promotion. You will travel overnight to support other centers until promoted.
Your Skills and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience including 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
