General Summary of Position
Responsible for assisting with implementation, integration and operational direction of the case management - Special Needs program within MedStar Family Choice, District of Columbia (MFC-DC) through organizing, directing, assessing and evaluating a clinical system that manages cost and quality patient care outcomes. Leads the continuum of care and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary staff, both internal and external to the organization to facilitate the continuum of care, through education and advocacy to enhance health outcomes. Manages a team of Case Managers including RNs and Social Workers to coordinate, negotiate, procure and manage care of Enrollees to facilitate cost effective care and patient satisfaction. We recruit, retain, and advance associates with diverse backgrounds, skills, and talents equitably at all levels.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
Experience
- 3-4 years Case management experience and 3 years diverse clinical experience required and
- 1-2 years 2 years supervisory experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- Valid RN license in the District of Columbia. required and
- Active CCM (Certified Case Manager) or CCM within 1-1/2 Yrs required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to enter and retrieve information using a PC.
- Working knowledge of various computer software applications.
- Knowledge of current trends in health care delivery and population management.
- Knowledge of NCQA, HEDIS, InterQual and local regulatory guidelines preferred.
This position has a hiring range of $100,588 - $190,340

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Specialist, Product Management to support the Vice President, Economic Intelligence and his leadership team to ensure efficient operations, drive strategic alignment, and enable program execution.
The Economic Intelligence team at Mastercard empowers key decision makers across all segments to make smarter and better decisions by enriching their own solutions with our leading and trusted insights. Our relevant data and insights provide and curate richer context and deeper information across multiple dimensions (time, sector, geography), with accessible, timely delivery to meet each client’s needs.
In this role you will:
• Support Economic Intelligence leadership on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
• Facilitate smooth execution of high-priority projects, managing key stakeholders (e.g., Finance, regional teams, Marketing) and building alignment across multiple teams
• Develop executive presentations and messaging for internal audiences (e.g., QBRs, business updates, program requirements); facilitate transparent and effective communication across the organization
• Drive business and program reporting ensuring operational excellence; identify insights and make meaningful recommendations as needed

Within the Services organization, this role supports the Business & Markets Insights (BMI) organization in North America. The Business & Market Insights vertical is focused on creating products and solutions that create value for customers through Analytics, Insights, Business Experimentation, and Payment Consulting & Innovation. This team is accountable for ensuring North America portfolio growth through thoughtful product road mapping, influencing product development, and partnering with our sales and Client Services teams to bring value added solutions to market.
This product management role will be responsible for one of the programs within BMI in the NAM region – Business Experimentation & Optimization. BEO solutions apply data and analytics to create value for major banks, retailers, media companies, and more. BEO products include the industry-leading Test & Learn platform as well as analytics-as-a-Service consulting that provide insights, analysis, recommendations and best practices with a business experimentation focus.
Role
Responsibilities include:
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our suite of Business Experimentation & Optimization products and solutions in North America.
• rive the planning, coordination, and scaling of new solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
• C llaborate with cross-functional teams including global product, sales, account management, and client services to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive customer experience.
