Position Summary. What you'll do.

As an Analyst, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, you will support the manager and team by handling data-driven tasks related to record pickups at over 5,000 locations, including vision, pharmacy, and store records. This role requires extensive use of Excel and SharePoint to maintain and manage detailed records, perform data reconciliation, and track information accurately. You will provide customer service to internal and external partners, coordinate with third-party vendors for offsite record management, and assist with retention support by understanding state-specific requirements. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the team with record-keeping tasks, such as organizing, updating, and auditing records to ensure compliance and easy retrieval. You will also contribute to larger projects by supporting the manager with data-related tasks.

PMO Management:

  • Lead the centralized Corporate Real Estate PMO function to track and manage all CRE capital projects across the US portfolio

  • Deliver against established project governance standards, processes, reporting cadence.

  • Implement tools and dashboards to provide visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.

  • Own project data management, ensuring accurate tracking of decisions, action items, risks, and escalation processes to drive accountability and effective execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Finance on capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for real estate projects.

  • Facilitate tight and seamless collaboration between construction and design leads to align on project scope, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Partner with workstream leads (Procurement, Design, Legal, HR, IT, and Security etc.) to ensure timely execution of all project-related activities and milestones.

  • Lead regular project meetings and communicate project status, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders.

What youll bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture (Masters preferred)

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate project management

  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-site real estate projects in a corporate environment.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing capital budgets more than $50M.

  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (PMP or similar certification a plus).

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
