As a Ambulatory Nursing Manager you will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively. Handles policies execution, budget oversight, quality enhancement measures, and organizes educational programs to meet departmental and company goals.
Essential Functions of the Role
You'll coordinate patient care, promote evidence-based practices, conduct research, and advocate for patients, families, and staff.
You'll manage department operations, including budgeting and staffing. Your role will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively.
Accountable for supportive work environment for nursing team.
Emphasizes top-notch nursing practices and ensures safe space for patients, families, and staff.
Key Success Factors
