The Division of Ecological and Water Resources is seeking to hire one (1) District Manager. The selected candidate will have the option to report to one of the following locations: Little Falls or Sauk Rapids. The specific location will be agreed upon at time of selection. This position will direct, manage, administer, and implement all Divisional programs, policies, budgets, grants and operations for the Central Region North District. The position provides leadership for the Department as a member on the Division and Regional Management Teams to develop and implement the Division's and Department's mission and vision.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate in the development and management of policies, programs, priorities, and processes of the Division and Department as a member of the Division's regional leadership team (comprised of the Regional Manager, Asst. Regional Manager, and District Managers) to accomplish the Division's and Department's mission and vision.
+ Provide program direction, priority setting, work planning, and strategic leadership for Division programs within the District so that operational needs and program requirements are met.
+ Establish and maintain partnerships with external constituents and stakeholders for awareness and understanding of Division goals and to understand stakeholder needs, desires, and expectations.
+ Provide leadership and supervision for Division Area staff through direct and indirect reports, ensuring that Department, Division, Region, and Area programs are implemented and personnel time is effectively used.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Skills in management and/or leadership.
+ Organizational and interpersonal skills to direct, develop and engage staff.
+ Experience managing ecological, natural resource or water resource management programs.
+ Ability to effectively work in a team environment by incorporation of multi-disciplined interests into decisions and actions.
+ Experience in negotiation, conflict resolution and consensus building with diverse groups in order to solve difficult and sensitive problems.
+ Possess skills to effectively communicate complex information in varied settings to a wide variety of audiences.
+ Must have knowledge of natural resources systems, especially the connectivity between land and water.
+ Ability to direct effective workplace safety programs.
**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Knowledge of the legislative process and functions.

Job Description
The Manager of Imaging Services is responsible for all aspects of Respiratory and Radiology including, but not limited to: Echo, stress echo, Cat scan, diagnostics, Ultrasound, MRI , mammography in radiology department, Operating Room, Family Medicine and Orthopedic Clinics.
**Essential Key Job Responsibilities**
1. Supervision of all personnel, clinical activity, ongoing education, participation in performance Improvement projects, consultant activities.
2. Establishes policy and procedures for the department in accordance with Joint Commission, state and federal regulations and hospital administration guidelines assure safety and service for our patients.
3. Responsible for budgeting, daily operation, staffing, and follow productivity standards of the organization
4. Collaborates with the radiation safety officer to conduct Radiation Safety Committee and follow up on recommendation
5. Serves in a multi-disciplinary capacity providing general services to a wide variety of populations including pediatric, medical, surgical, chemotherapy, ambulatory, orthopedic, geriatric, post-partum and nursery.
6. Monitoring of programs such as PACS and updates on the Epic system.
7. Represent CHI in community events, activities or board memberships as requested by administration, as part of our Community Benefit Program
8. Communicate issues with the Vice President of Patient Care on regular and as needed basis.
9. Other duties as assigned by management
**Qualifications**
Graduate from an approved Radiologic Technology School
ARRT
Minimum of five years of radiology experience, minimum of three years of supervisory experience
**Preferred**
Multiple specific modality trained
