What We’re Looking For – Qualifications and Skills:- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).

- Handle complex customer situations that arise with integrity and professionalism.
- Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and address basic facility needs, including scheduling maintenance services. This includes overseeing the store planogram and ensuring seasonal and/or promotional marketing material are displayed properly.
Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing. - Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership. - Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.*

Job Summary and QualificationsReports to the COO/Administrative Director of Ops/VP Ops and is responsible for all operations and administrative functions of Respiratory.
In partnership with Administration, the Manager is responsible for setting objectives, strategic positioning, planning, establishing service standards, budgeting and overall financial performance.

• Responsible for progressing care of patients and ensuring progression of care by reviewing the case promptly and applying IP IQ criteria.
• Adheres to HCA standards regarding observation management. In addition, the RN SM Lead will be responsible for adhering to the 2 Midnight Process.
• Works closely with the physician by monitoring the case and will notify the physician of findings, so appropriate and timely decisions can be made to admit or discharge the patient.
• Identify barriers that prevent progression of care, and either remove the barrier or escalate the barrier to the facility Director of Case Management.
• Work closely with the case management discharge planners by communicating the progression of care and any barriers to discharge.
• Coordinates activities that promote quality outcomes and patent throughput while supporting a balance of optimal care and appropriate resource utilization.

• Conduct reviews with the UR physician to adhere to the self-denial process.

Establishes additional staff training, QA, and outcome measurements. Interviewing and hiring, employee orientation, computer training and staff competency.
Perform all employee coaching and disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
Be accountable and accessible for the 24-7 operations of the RT department.
Evaluate new equipment and set up in-services.
Attend committee meetings and performing performance evaluations.
Work in the capacity of staff therapist when needed. Verify and sign off payroll and invoices.
Maintain and write policies and procedures as may be necessary in the operation of the department.
