As the RN Case Manager, you will assume full nursing responsibility for the delivery of the Plan of Care for each hospice patient, while continuously evaluating personal and professional performance and making necessary changes to increase productivity and quality of care delivered.  

  • Makes the initial nursing evaluation in determining eligibility for hospice services during visit within forty-eight (48) hours of referral. 

  • Identifies the patient's/family's physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs and re-assesses as needed, no less than every fifteen (15) days. 

  • Initiates and coordinates the plan of care while maintaining accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding the patient's condition. 

  • Documents problems, appropriate goals, interventions, and patient/family response to hospice care. 

  • Collaborates with the patient/family, attending physician and other members of the IDG in providing patient and family care daily. 


Experience Requirements

  • One year of clinical experience.

License Requirements

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice and one year of clinical experience.
  • Current CPR Certification.

What is Required?

  • Associate degree in a Nursing related field required
  • 2 years home care experience as a registered nurse in a Home Health or Hospice environment
  • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Current, unrestricted RN license valid for the state of work

**Required Qualifications**

GM's Infrastructure Engineering organization seeks a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the strategy, planning, reporting, and execution of Infrastructure Engineering programs across multiple teams.
In this role, you will play a critical leadership role supporting a diverse set of Infrastructure Engineering teams, including Infrastructure Platforms, Developer Platforms, Vehicle Services Infrastructure, Global Networks, Software Delivery, and Software Quality. This position is responsible for driving roadmap planning and execution across multiple teams, ensuring that engineering initiatives are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards. The ideal candidate understands the complexities of cloud and on-prem infrastructure, excels in program management at scale, and is passionate about building robust, scalable infrastructure systems.
We are seeking a TPM who demonstrates strength in three key areas:

As a Manager on our Personal Independence Advisory team, you will use your experience to provide independence assistance to professionals and client service teams, as well as participating in various other special projects. You'll help our professionals comply with the firm's Independence and Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) policies and associated regulations. You will have the opportunity to consult on various independence policies and procedures in a variety of other independence matters as well, all the while helping others to make educated, thoughtful decisions on Risk Management.
The projects you'll work on are complex in nature and may impact the country's performance, ongoing relationships with major clients or important vendor relationships. In this role, you'll have broad decision-making authority, subject to review by Independence leaders. You'll be closely involved with Independence executives when key business issues are discussed that affect your staff.
**Skills and attributes for success**
+ Uses knowledge gained from in-depth client service or infrastructure experience, to resolve Independence policy and procedure issues, violations and concerns
+ Manages client relationships so that expectations are met or exceeded by advising what to expect and by when, and through listening and responding to client needs
+ Understands key requirements of regulators' independence rules and firm policies and is knowledgeable about Risk Management areas outside of independence
+ Identifies emerging risks and proposes solutions to address these
**To qualify for the role, you must have**

As an Executive Administrative Coordinator Manager, you will be responsible for implementing administrative strategic plans, operations and customer relations of the Executive Administrative Coordinator (EAC) Team. As part of Administrative Services, this team will provide enhanced administrative support to PPMDDs in eligible roles including OMPs, Sector Leaders, and GCSPs for G360 accounts. In addition to supervising up to approximately 30 direct reports, the EAC Manager is responsible for proactively developing relationships with stakeholders, understanding their business priorities and complex support needs, as well as monitoring financial and operational performance of the team. This dynamic position will lead and develop individuals and teams by using people management processes and tools that involve staffing, training, supervising, coaching, and performance management to achieve optimal performance. **Your key responsibilities**
+ Develops relationships with key internal customers to identify and proactively address emerging needs to evaluate and coach executive assistants on their performance
