Overall Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Administrator to manage and optimize our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system in support of our rapidly evolving Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) product portfolio. This role is critical to enabling efficient New Product Introduction (NPI), maintaining robust change control processes, and ensuring data integrity across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for process improvement, and experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
Location: Hybrid in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or Edison, New Jersey strongly preferred. Open to remote.
Key Responsibilities:
PLM System Administration
- Configure, maintain, and support the PLM platform
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and system workflows.
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering and program management teams to enable smooth NPI transitions from design to production.
- Set up and manage product structures, BOMs, and metadata for new designs.
- Facilitate early-stage data capture and ensure readiness for manufacturing handoff.
- Administer Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and Deviations within the PLM system.
- Ensure timely routing, approval, and implementation of changes across cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of BOM management, revision control, and change management workflows.
- Experience with PLM platforms such as Propel PLM, Salesforce, Siemens Teamcenter, Arena, Windchill, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and integration with PLM.

- Experience with scripting or automation tools within PLM environments.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in the effective implementation of all store processes including employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, stocking and receiving, paperwork, and store needs. This position is utilized to foster interactive development of an external candidate for the Store Manager role and is to be held for a limited period.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
- Assist with store merchandising by facilitating and/or participating in staging, stocking and storage of merchandise; ensuring that merchandise is presented according to established practices and store manager direction; and properly utilizing merchandise fixtures, signing and pricing of merchandise.
- Assist in all aspects of inventory management (including proper execution of damages, markdowns, register scanning, paperwork and facility controls); prepare and conduct inventories.
- Follow prescribed ordering practices to ensure the meeting or exceeding of in-stock targets.
- Provide superior customer service leadership.
- Act as a role model by following company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook, SOP manual and company communications.
- Participate in store opening and closing activities.
- Ensure the safe deposit of all company funds in the designated bank.
- Assist in ensuring the financial integrity of the store through strict cashier accountability, key control and adherence to company security practices and cash control procedures.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Market Manager is an individual contributor role with territory management and technical responsibilities. The overall responsibilities of this role are to develop and sustain a business strategy designed to gain and protect market share, provide basic technical service to Amrize customers within territory, lead the territory Marketing and Sales efforts within the Business Unit, and monitor the quality and performance of Amrize and competitive products in the territory. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelors degree or 3 years equivalent experience

Required Computer and Software Skills: Google suite, SAP, Salesforce, Qlikview
Travel Requirements: 10-15%

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Quality Manager's primary objective is to ensure that all cements produced meet plant, customer, industry, and government requirements. Certifies final products prior to shipment to customers. Establishes laboratory practices and ensures that they are performed accurately and precisely in accordance with established standards.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Responsible for leading and ensuring the safe operations of all aspects of the quality process to include plant and lab safety and the safety of all department and plant employees.
- Responsible and accountable for meeting internal and customer specifications, as well as documenting and certifying that cement shipped meets applicable requirements.
- Contribute to the production and supply of cements within the specified quality parameters while meeting the cost objectives of the Quality department and the plant as a whole.
- As designated management representative, holds responsibility and authority for operating, maintaining, and implementing the requirements of the Corporate and Plant Quality Manuals, which must comply with the Corporate Quality Management Program.
- Ensure the completion and communication of required testing from all stages of production, including raw materials, raw mix, clinker, fuel, and cement.
- Responsible for staffing laboratory personnel and ensuring proper training of any personnel that will be involved in sampling and testing.
- Ensure the accuracy of all equipment used in the quality control and assurance functions.
- Coordinate with other plant departments for continuous improvement in procedures, materials, testing schedules, and equipment.
- Coordinate with the sales representatives for continuous improvements in products, or work in developing new product lines.
- Formulate plant specific quality policies and strategies.
- Design raw mixes based on available and usable raw materials.
- Be able to qualify alternative raw materials based.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
