Position Summary
This Case Manager RN role is with the Costco Team and is fully remote; however, candidates must reside within 45 minutes (reasonable driving distance) from the local office located at 7034 Alamo Downs Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78238.
Scheduled - Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CST with flexibility to rotate to 10:00am-7:00pm CST on occasion when required to meet business needs.
No weekends or holidays will be required .
The Case Manager RN is responsible for telephonically and/or face to face assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating all case management activities with members to evaluate the medical needs of the member to facilitate the member’s overall wellness.
The Case Manager RN develops a proactive course of action to address issues presented to enhance the short- and long-term outcomes as well as opportunities to enhance a member’s overall wellness through integration.
The Case Manager RN job duties include (not an all-encompassing list):

Through the use of clinical tools and information/data review, conducts an evaluation of member’s needs and benefit plan eligibility and facilitates integrative functions as well as smooth transition to Aetna programs and plans.

Applies clinical judgment to the incorporation of strategies designed to reduce risk factors and barriers and address complex health and social indicators which impact care planning and resolution of member issues.

Assessments consider information from various sources to address all conditions including co-morbid and multiple diagnoses that impact functionality.

Reviews prior claims to address potential impact on current case management and eligibility.
-
Assessments include the member’s level of work capacity and related restrictions/limitations.

Using a holistic approach assess the need for a referral to clinical resources for assistance in determining functionality.

Consults with supervisor and others in overcoming barriers in meeting goals and objectives, presents cases at case conferences for multidisciplinary focus to benefit overall claim management.

Utilizes case management processes in compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Utilizes interviewing skills to ensure maximum member engagement and discern their health status and health needs based on key questions and conversation.
Required Qualifications

Must have active current and unrestricted RN multi state licensure in Texas
-
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses will be required upon hire (expenses will be covered by company).

3+ years clinical practice experience as an RN required
-
1+ year(s) experience utilizing multiple computer systems and applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications

Travel to the San Antonio office may be required for quarterly meetings or PRN meetings.

**The Opportunity**
This Project Manager - Hydropower Generation Services role will support Hydropower Projects. We are seeking candidates with minimum 8 years' experience in Hydropower Generation and at least three years as a Project Manager. Candidate must be located in the Sacramento, CA region.
The Project Manager - Hydropower Generation Services role will function in a mid-level project manager capacity. You will own multiple services projects encompassing hydropower plant capital improvements, equipment refurbishment, plant life extension programs, hydraulic structure projects including spillway refurbishment, spillway gates, cranes, hoists, and other civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes for balance of plant systems for existing facilities. Other scopes could consist of feasibility studies, pumped storage, and synchronous condenser technology.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Provide technical support for client projects with design review services, design engineering services, and development engineering support.
+ Support client projects with feasibility studies, energy production estimates, and cost estimates, construction support and testing & commissioning.
+ Provide proposal support for client projects with technical specification preparation, RFP support, and bid evaluation support.
+ Oversee EPC contractors for client projects.
+ In this role, you will also support the client interface with assigned clients to assist in developing client relationships and identification of new project opportunities including pre-positioning for favorable consideration by the client.
+ Be part of the Hydro North West Hydro Leadership team who is responsible to define client and project implementation strategies as well as make project and team staff decisions.

Project Execution:

As a Client Account Manager for Industrial Manufacturing, you will have the opportunity to:
+ **Drive strategic growth** by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Create and maintain comprehensive client account plans, build long-term partnerships, and represent Black & Veatch at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to foster meaningful relationships.

**The Team**
**Black & Veatch's Technology, Commercial & Industrial** is a specialized group of capabilities focused on the latest needs for clients in a fast-growth technology-led arena of advanced manufacturing, and generative AI computing including gigafactories, bio/ag tech, data centers and distributed infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities**
+ **Build and maintain strategic relationships** with key internal and external stakeholders across medium to large-scale accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
+ **Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams** to coordinate client engagement activities and execute strategic account plans that drive growth and long-term value.
+ **Identify and pursue new business opportunities** , including expanding scope on existing projects. Represent Black & Veatch through client-focused presentations, trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen relationships and generate leads.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Typically 10-15 years of experience within the EPC industry, including 5-10 years in sales or project execution. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required.
+ Experience developing, maintaining and executing strategic sales plans.
+ History of successful pursuits with complex buying processes and mulitple decision makers
+ Firm understanding of competition and differentiators.
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly, and to convert technical or complex information and concepts into easily understandable content.
+ Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
+ B2B sales experience.
