**The Opportunity**
The Black & Veatch Infrastructure Advisory team is seeking a manager-level professional to join more than 200 consultants, regulatory policy advisors, technology specialists, and energy industry respected subject matter experts to deliver to our clients. This individual will have the opportunity to plan, market, sell, and deliver world-class consulting solutions in the Water/Wastewater/Stormwater sector with a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach that integrates strategic, financial, and expertise-based advisory services to private and investor-owned utility companies, commercial and industrial customers, municipalities, and government agencies.
The Rates & Regulatory Practice provides highly desired services in market segments including rate case management and support, costing and ratemaking, innovative pricing solutions, infrastructure-based business cases, operational effectiveness reviews, Stormwater utility development, alternative funding analyses, cost/benefit analysis and expert testimony support across the water industry. The candidate will frequently lead communications within the internal engagement team and with the clients. Managers in this practice generally work on multiple concurrent projects at a given time. Works with limited supervision and/or may lead small to medium efforts or project teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
The Consultant Water/Wastewater/Stormwater must understand the market, regulatory, and commercial changes driving the current water industry.It is expected that this broad market understanding will enable the candidate to periodically interact with members of Black & Veatch's asset management, strategy and planning, sustainability, and technology practices to help drive the development, selling and delivery of multi-functional business solutions.
The Our ideal candidate will develop sales capability to contribute to the growth of the Rates & Regulatory Practice by creatively engaging clients and delivering solutions to satisfy their needs, and lead and manage others in the Practice to focus on similar activities.The candidate will help develop long-term project and business advisory relationships with a wide range of utilities.

**The Opportunity**
Provide consulting services and offer expertise and guidance on Operational Technologies (OT) transformation especially around Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS), Virtual Power Plant (VPP), Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) and Enterprise OT-IT Integration. Support the delivery of Utility Transformational programs and projects in these areas with participation and consultation in technical solution delivery strategy, solutions architecture, business and systems integration. This role will also work closely with the Principal Consultants and Project Directors to manage and deliver on contractual obligations, client satisfaction, pull through business opportunities, and develop trusted, long-term client relationships.
The Manager brings experience delivering transformational-related projects for utilities as a utility employee, working for utility infrastructure or software platform vendor, or in a consulting capacity for utilities. The preferred candidate will be conversant in the business, functional, and technical aspects of electric utilities, including bringing direct experience with utility software systems delivery methodologies, power systems T&D infrastructure, distributed energy resources, and OT/IT systems.
As a Manager, you will manage and/or participate in a team of business and technology consultants in defining strategies and roadmaps, developing solutions and requirements, and supporting clients with their digital transformation needs (technology, business processes, data, and organizational readiness).
Much of the client delivery work will be done remotely through online, virtual meetings with Black & Veatch team members and our clients. Travel to the client site is on an as needed basis, but typically no more than 1-2 times per month for 2-3 days per trip.

**The Opportunity**
The Project Manager for nuclear engineering services and EPC projects will function in a mid-level project manager capacity. You will own multiple medium to large services and/or larger EPC projects encompassing existing plant modifications, Extended Power Uprate (EPU) projects, small modular reactor (SMR) deployment, and the restart and life extension of nuclear plants. **The Opportunity**
The BESS Conceptual Design Manager functions as a technical specialist or in a lead role in support of the Distributed Infrastructure Solution Pursuits Team. Under general direction, develops and applies advanced engineering techniques, concepts, and approaches to complex engineering problems. The **Project Manager for EPC Utility-Scale Solar** will function in a mid to senior level project manager capacity. The expectation for this position is that you would be able to hit the ground running on utility-scale Solar EPC projects between 150MW to 350MW. + Experience as a Project Manager having direct responsibility for the execution of engineering, procurement, and construction for EPC projects.
+ We will also consider experience as a Construction Manager if you have managed full construction scope on multiple 150MW+ utility-scale solar projects.
+ We will also consider current APMs and PMs who have managed full construction scope for at least one 300MW+ utility-scale solar project or multiple 150MW+ utility-scale solar projects.
+ Experience managing construction teams directly in both a direct-hire and union construction environment.
+ Experience being the single point-of-contact, including managing the bottom-line, for at least 1 utility-scale solar EPC project (150MW+) from cradle-to-grave (i.e. from notice-to-proceed through commercial operation).

As the Virtual Design & Data Solutions (VDDS) BIM/Digital Delivery Manager for Water & Industrial Water Solutions (W/IW), your primary responsibility is to act as a regional leader within VDDS, responsible for enabling, planning, and overseeing execution of digital delivery across water infrastructure projects throughout your assigned region or area of responsibility. In context to this role, digital delivery refers to the integrated use of technologies like Building Information Modeling (BIM), Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), Project Information Management (PIM) Systems, Digital Twins, and other advanced visualization to plan, design, construct, and operate infrastructure projects more efficiently and intelligently across their full lifecycle. This role ensures that digital tools, data strategies, and delivery workflows are aligned with project goals, client expectations, and the broader digital transformation vision of the organization.
You will report to and work closely with the VDDS W/IW Solution Leader to translate organizational strategy into actionable project delivery plans. You will ensure consistent, high-quality execution of BIM and digital delivery practices, while driving adoption of emerging technologies that support data continuity from design through operations.
Success in this role requires staying current with Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry trends and best practices; working closely with the VDDS W/IW Solution Leader and other stakeholders to evaluate new technologies, and advancing delivery strategies that reduce risk and enhance quality, productivity, and value.

**Key Responsibilities**
-The BIM/Digital Delivery Manager is responsible for analyzing scopes of work to estimate the level of effort required, developing project-specific BIM/CAD execution plans and strategies, developing resource demand, and contributing support to project proposals for their assigned region or area of responsibility.
-This role oversees the work of Project BIM Coordinator(s) of multidisciplinary projects, ensures adherence to appropriate standards and QMS benchmarks, and monitors performance metrics to maintain delivery health and consistency.
-This role serves as the regional point of contact for digital delivery and support, mentors BIM Coordinators and project teams on best practices, and collaborates with VDDS leadership to algin regional demand with resources from the broader VDDS team.
-This role requires strong knowledge beyond traditional Building Information Modeling (BIM) for capturing design intent. This role shall champion the use of digital tools for construction, asset data, and digital twins, and seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing evolution of digital project delivery strategies.
**Preferred Qualifications**
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology, Business, Finance, other related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
-Experience with advanced BIM/VDC technologies (e.g., Virtual/Augmented Reality, Digital Twin, asset data integration, or construction-phase BIM)
-Familiarity with model-based delivery standards or other digital delivery standards.
-Experience leading regional or enterprise-level initiatives or managing teams of 10+.
-Resource management experience, including use of enterprise staffing tools (e.g., Tempus).
-Experience with Black & Veatch water/wastewater projects or clients.
