Ray Lyna Espinosa Health Care LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote IT Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the organization's IT infrastructure and operations. Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Safety - Promotes Companies US Safety guidelines and standards, ensuring that safety and compliance requirements are met and followed on customer job sites.
- Compliance - Promote and adhere to Companies Industries compliance policies. Report any violation immediately to senior management or through your compliance officer.
- Strategy - Assists in the formulation of sales & marketing strategies, and executes the strategies - this includes assisting with competitor and market information input within the AI US Compliance Policy framework.
- Product Design - Establish current and long-range objectives, plans, and policies, subject to approval by directing the process of gaining approval of company products on specific projects.
- Raw Materials Control - Administer a program to qualify raw materials for use in company products. This includes maintaining a qualified laboratory and personnel.
- Plant Control - Implement a program for Plant certification and monitor compliance.
- Product Control - Create a technical vision for the company and plans for implementation of new technical projects or product lines by overseeing the testing of company products, at the Company Laboratory and with outside laboratories.
- Customer Service - Direct a program to respond to customer concerns and complaints
- Particopation - In National/International strategies to further the interests of the company, i.e. product optimization, new materials research, branded products etc.
- Partnership - Works closely with Dispatch, Operations, Billing, Credit, and sales colleagues to promote an effective work environment. Industry Associations and Customer functions - Attends industry association meetings and contributes to relevant topics as specialists and attend local industry technical and specification committee meetings.
- Direct Reports - RMX QC Managers, Laboratory Managers, Aggregates QC Supervisors. ndirect Reports: RMX QC Technicians, Aggregates QC Technicians.
- Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work
environments and areas.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Required Education: Bachelor Degree
Additional Education: Preferred:
Field of Study Preferred: Civil Engineering
Required Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Licenses Preferred: Professional Engineer in the state of Minnesota
Travel Requirements: Mainly, through-out the Region.
Additional Requirements:
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
