Client Engagement & Retention

  • Serve as the main point of contact and build trusted, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.

    Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback, track satisfaction, and proactively identify issues or opportunities.

    Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) or regular account check-ins to assess client goals and review results.

    Understand clients’ strategic objectives, pain points, and priorities to recommend relevant products, services, or process improvements.

    Work with clients to develop account plans and growth strategies, including upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

    Handle client concerns or complaints, coordinating internally to resolve issues and ensuring timely follow-through.

    Act as the client’s advocate within the organization—escalating or flagging problems and tracking resolution until client satisfaction is restored. 

    Liaise with sales, product, customer success, implementation, and support teams to ensure client needs are clearly communicated and met.

Benton County Health Department is seeking a Coordinated Homeless Response Office Manager to oversee and advance our local housing and homelessness response system. This leadership role is responsible for guiding strategic planning, coordinating across agencies and providers, and ensuring programs, including the Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool, deliver effective, meaningful, and sustainable results.
The Coordinated Homeless Response Office Manager will:
  • Lead and supervise a dedicated team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and belonging.
  • Drive system-wide planning, coordination, and performance improvements in housing and homelessness services

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS(PM44)
The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:
  • Bachelor's degree in public administration, social services, planning, development, or a related field.
    Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in homelessness services, human services, planning, development, or related fields, including two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
    An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.

  • Successfully pass a criminal records check.
  • Valid Oregon Driver's license. -This position requires driving and may require use of a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and complete all parts ordering: Quickly and accurately order parts based on initial estimates and supplements; Communicate with parts vendors to order parts as needed; Partner with Repair Planners to ensure parts accuracy
  • Monitor deliveries: Regularly track parts status and communicate with vendor on parts status as needed; Update Repair Planner accordingly
  • Receive and check in parts: Receive and mirror match delivered parts to repair orders and ensure all parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart
  • Inspect delivered parts for quality: Inspect parts for damage upon delivery within two hours of expected drop off
  • Return incorrect parts: Return incorrect parts immediately to the vendor
  • Drive parts related KPIs: Monitor parts margin, pending credits, shop consumables inventory and Material spend; Communicate to General Manager as needed to discuss optimization
  • Coordinate parts invoicing: Ensure parts invoices are posted daily in Service King's estimating platform - make corrections as necessary

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES CLINIC OPERATIONS: Manages the operations of the clinic, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards. Manages clinic financials including efficient utilization of supplies or equipment and regular profits and loss review. Responsible for all required network reporting and on-site state or federal surveys. PATIENT CARE: Coordinates all aspects of patient care with the appropriate staff members, from admission through discharge of the patient. Ensure education of the patient regarding quality measures, transplant options, modality awareness, and access care. Acts as a resource for the patient and family to address concerns and questions. Accountable for timely completion of patient care assessments and care plans. Manages timely patient schedules to ensure facility efficiency and develops action plans for missed treatments. Plans, coordinates, and validates patient eligibility for treatment. Reports changes in patient status regarding any clinical, insurance, or travel and transportation issues. STAFF: Participates in the selection and hiring of new team members and ensures completion of new hiring orientation and mandatory trainings. Responsible for all patient care employees completing appropriate training courses and that licensures/certifications are current. Provides support for all clinical staff members at regular intervals and encourages professional growth. Maintains current knowledge regarding company benefits, policies, procedures, and processes. EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS: Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN). Current appropriate state licensure. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Required: 6 years business operations experience in a healthcare facility. 12 months experience in clinical nursing. 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience. Successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test. Preferred but not required: 3 years supervisory or project/program management experience. Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: Day-to-day work includes desk and personal computer work and interaction with patients, facility staff, and physicians Position may require travel between assigned facilities and various locations within the community and/or travel to regional, business unit, and corporate meetings may be required. The work environment is characteristic of a healthcare facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels. May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases/materials.
