Job Summary
Join us in leading countywide efforts to address homelessness.
Benton County Health Department is seeking a Coordinated Homeless Response Office Manager to oversee and advance our local housing and homelessness response system. This leadership role is responsible for guiding strategic planning, coordinating across agencies and providers, and ensuring programs, including the Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool, deliver effective, meaningful, and sustainable results.
The Coordinated Homeless Response Office Manager will:
- Lead and supervise a dedicated team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and belonging.
- Drive system-wide planning, coordination, and performance improvements in housing and homelessness services
- Serve as the primary liaison with County, city, and provider partners to align local strategies with state and other initiatives.

The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, social services, planning, development, or a related field.
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in homelessness services, human services, planning, development, or related fields, including two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
- Successfully pass a criminal records check.
- Valid Oregon Driver's license. -This position requires driving and may require use of a personal vehicle.
