1st Shift, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
As the Quality Manager, Engineering, You will establish and implement quality standards. Monitor workflows, processes, and products. Create quality documentation. Collaborate with operations managers to identify opportunities for improvements to workflow and controls, to ensure they comply with health and safety codes and regulations.
You will oversee quality and maintenance for the site, ensuring that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) and Engineering Programming is implemented and maintained. You will report on the performance of the QMS, recommend improvements, promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. You will need to have excellent communication skills to deal with Team Members, as well as customer facing interactions. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Execute the QMS according to documented policies and procedures, meeting the requirements of the ISO9001 quality standards
- Work creatively with action owners to provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) guidance and ensure development of effective Corrective Action Plans (CAP)
- Cultivate productive relationships with customer representatives and manage Corrective Action Requests (CAR)
- Perform audit follow-up activity to verify effectiveness of corrective actions and implementation of preventive actions
- Investigate all facets of facilities operations to troubleshoot processes and make recommended improvements
- Coordinate staff training, ensuring maximum productivity and adherence to regulatory guidelines; ensure that facility/department training status and setup is reviewed at the required frequency, and the training requirements are met in a timely manner
- Schedule, review and follow-up on work instructions with supervisors by designated areas of responsibility
- Coordinate activities for team members, ensuring effective use of productive working hours
- Support plant operations in identifying Lean process improvement opportunities
- Direct and prioritize the activities of the site maintenance technician.
- Review the system at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for improvement and the need for changes in the system; support plant operations in identifying Lean process improvement opportunities
- Serve as the site audit authority for all internal and external company audits
- Drive world-class quality and safety metrics across the site; drive continuous improvement across metrics
- Schedule, review and follow up on work instructions with supervisors in designated areas of responsibility
- Ensure that facility/department training status and setup is reviewed at the required frequency and that training requirements are met in a timely manner
What you need to success at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 3 years of transportation or logistics experience
- Supervisory experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in ISO9100 or ISO environment
It would be great if you also have:
- Lean or Six Sigma experience
- Experience with warehouse management and inventory management software
- Demonstrated commitment to process excellence by ensuring proper, efficient and accurate use of defined processes and procedures
- Solid verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with all levels of the organization as well as with the client

· Having a clear understanding of and the ability to perform every job in the restaurant.
· Oversees team members and Shift Managers to ensure they complete all assigned duties and consistently serve safe, high quality food in a timely, friendly manner.
· Ensure the restaurant is a safe place for team members to work and customers to visit.
· Ensure all team member training and certifications are completed to plan.
· Ensure all health and safety standards are always followed, making sure the restaurant adheres to all state and local regulations.
· Assist in development of Shift Managers and Future Leaders.
· Assist the General Manager with restaurant maintenance.
· Assist the General Manager with finding, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding future team members.
· Assist General Manager in maintaining consistent strong financial results.
Are you Qualified?
· Must be 18 years or older.
· Experience: Two-years Restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
· Education: High School Diploma
· Must have the ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
· Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Must pass Criminal Background Check including MVR.
· Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
· This position has an expected 50-hour work week.
· This position requires open availability (Open availability may be nights, weekends, holidays, varies depending on the needs of the business).

Schedule/Shift: Full-time light
Territory/Location: Gardnerville, NV
Responsibilities:
* Completes an initial assessment of the patient and family to determine home care needs. Provides a complete physical assessment and history of current and previous illness(es).
* Initiates the plan of care and makes necessary revisions as patient status and needs change.
* Regularly re-evaluates patients' needs.
* Uses health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
* Develops a care plan which establishes goals, based on nursing diagnosis, incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions. Includes the patient and the family in the planning process.
* Initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
* Counsels the patient and family in meeting plan of care and related needs.
* Provides health care instructions to the patient as appropriate per assessment and plan.
* Identifies discharge planning needs as part of the care plan development and implements prior to discharge of the patient.
Qualifications:
* Current and valid state RN license.
* Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
* Basic Life Support (BLS), with hands-on CPR certification.
* Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and 1 year of home health experience preferred.
