The Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion fitting the right tool for each client and turning big ideas into meaningful solutions? As a Product Manager for NCS, your ideas and passion will shape the future of our offerings and the verticals we serve. From ideation to execution, youll guide products through their entire lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, aligning with customer needs, and keeping business objectives in sharp focus.
Youll also support and maintain our existing product portfolioensuring timely updates, effective training, and product visibility across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Portfolio Supervision: Maintain accurate documentation and visibility for the entire solution suite. Lead internal product updates, training, and communications. Understands the need, the solution remedies or how it assists the End User.
- New Product Ideation & Strategy: Support the development of innovative product ideas grounded in market trends, customer feedback, and organizational goals for the enterprise.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership, operations, sales, and development teams to define product strategies, ensure alignment, and foster team buy-in.
- New Product Management: Collaborate with Project Manager to maintain roadmaps, timelines, ideation documents, and go-to-market strategies. Cross collaborate with cross functional teams in the creation of marketing, training, and support materials.
- Customer Insights: Gather, analyze, and apply customer feedback, usage data, and market research to guide product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Is a liaison to direct solution or data vendors or platform providers to ensure technical alignment, documentation accuracy, and technical integration as required.
- Executive Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable insights and updates on product performance, roadmaps, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience managing product lifecyclesideally in financial services, fintech, mortgage, lending, or a regulated industry.
- Process Efficiency: Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma), developing metrics for process measurement and identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to bridge business, technical, and customer perspectives.
- Excellent communicationable to simplify complex topics for various audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Canva, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Understanding of APIs, data flows, CRM or loan origination platforms, and analytics tools is a plus.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real problems and improving user experiences.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and translate insights into action.
- Creative thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and iteration.

The Infantry is the backbone of the Army. These Soldiers fill the literal boots on the ground who are responsible for taking or holding ground during any combat operation. You'll attack, repel, and capture enemy ground forces using advanced weapons and tactics.
Job Duties
• Assist in reconnaissance operations
• Employ, fire, and recover anti-personnel and anti-tank mines
• Operate weapon systems under various conditions, including engaging targets using night vision sights
• Operate and maintain communications equipment
• Perform as a member of a fire team during training and combat missions
• Process prisoners of war and captured documents
• Aid in the mobilization of vehicles, troops, and weaponry

Job training for an Infantryman requires 14 weeks of Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training (AIT). Part of this time is spent in a classroom and part in the field under simulated combat conditions.
