Amazon.com is seeks a Finance Manager to partner with the company's Corporate Development organization and other senior business leaders. The person in this high visibility role will be responsible for evaluating a wide range of business opportunities, including M&A, investments, and other strategic options. In addition, the person in this position will assist in leading due diligence efforts and conduct extensive research on industries, potential partners, and competitors and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and executive team. This position plays a key, active role on a small team that drives corporate transactions across Amazon. + Own the creation and maintenance of a 3 year product roadmap for all POCUS hardware, software and connected services features that supports business objectives, aligns with organizational capabilities and improves market position.
+ Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to inform and enhance the confidence in the product roadmap and identify opportunities for growth that can be added to the roadmap pipeline
+ Lead the creation of program charters that clearly state the value proposition, what the business objectives will be addressed, customer problems being solved, identifying the target markets (clinically and geographically) to support the creation of defensible business cases

+ Partner with program management to lead NPI and QVS programs with the objective of launching reliable products, that meet customer needs, and achieve business objectives in accordance with the published program schedule
+ Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical engineering, regulatory, quality, service and manufacturing to clearly define scope, product requirements and user needs in a way that is clearly understood and measurable.
+ Manage the entire lifecycle of products in the Sonosite portfolio, including new product development, sustaining programs, enhancements and the end-of-life process
+ Advocate for the customer's user needs throughout development with an emphasis on Reliability, Durability, Ease of Use, and Education.

**Knowledge and Experience:**
