1st shift - 7am to 3:30pm
2nd shift - 3pm to 11:00pm
3rd shift - 11:00pm to 7:00am

The ideal candidate will have:
  • High school diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven, reliable work history.
  • Production or distribution environment
  • Operation of manual and automated packaging equipment
  • Performing quality tests using analytical tools
  • Using manual or automated systems to gather and record on operational and quality metrics.


Pay Rate : $19.00 - $21.50 per hour

Job Description

Operate equipment to accurately utilize raw ingredient materials in a precise manner to create flavor products. Follow production, safety, quality, and operational procedures to verify and record information during the production process.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize computer systems and tools for compounding and container filling.

  • Match ingredients to shop orders using computer systems or scan guns.

  • Verify and record information during the production process.

  • Ensure proper ventilation and use of safety equipment.

  • Develop understanding of Quality Control requirements and follow policies.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

  • 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience in pharmaceutical, food, or nutraceutical environments.

  • Knowledge of machine operating and production processes.

  • Strong emphasis on safety procedures.

  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math skills.

  • Understanding of FDA and GMP regulations.

  • Ability to follow procedures and directions for product identification and formula adherence.

  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.

  • Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs regularly.

  • Complete all final manual operations and inspections prior to the delivery of manufactured components.
  • Use hand tools and pneumatic tools effectively.
  • Understand and work with sharp edges, blending, and deburring processes, especially in areas that cannot be machined.
  • Wash and clean cylinder blocks, heads, tools, and other components as needed.
  • Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Work with aluminum, steel, and other materials.
  • Handle and finish cylinder blocks, heads, and small hand parts.
