The Manager, Quality Control is responsible for leading/managing the Quality Control Team to maintain the quality of the inbound and existing products on a daily basis, identify and communicate quality issues to the Buyers, Receivers, and Management as needed to resolve quality issues.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects
+ Manages the employees and process for conducting daily walk-through of assigned coolers to check the quality of the product and identify any quality issues
+ Responsible for proper product rotation by date
+ Assure that all inventories are properly blocked throughout the day
+ Manage the proper labeling of all inventories.

The Technician - Quality Control is directly responsible for inbound quality check and outbound processing of rental equipment. This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of McCook, IL.
