The Quality Control (QC) Technician is responsible for testing and approving raw materials and manufactured products to ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer specifications. This role involves performing inspections throughout the production process and analyzing statistical data to maintain product quality. Essential Functions Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and finished products per established guidelines. Perform First Piece Inspections and in-process audits. Collect samples for analytical testing (raw material, validation, in-process, finished product). Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment. Support environmental monitoring and cleaning verification/validation. Participate in OOS investigations and corrective actions. Maintain lab inventory and ensure cleanliness and biohazard removal. Follow health and safety protocols. Additional Responsibilities Assist production, R&D, and engineering teams. Support product development studies and validations. Coordinate external lab sample testing. Perform other QC duties as assigned.

The Quality Control (QC) Laboratory Lead is responsible for testing and approving raw materials and manufactured products in accordance with standard procedures and specifications. This role ensures product quality through inspections at various production stages and statistical data evaluation. The QC Lead also coordinates shift activities and assumes supervisory responsibilities when appropriate. Essential Functions Coordinate daily lab activities and train new and existing staff. Disseminate relevant information to lab peers via meetings and development sessions. Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and finished products. Perform First Piece Inspections and in-process audits. Collect samples for analytical testing (raw, validation, in-process, finished). Support environmental monitoring and cleaning process validation. Calibrate, clean, and maintain lab equipment. Maintain inventory and ensure lab cleanliness and biohazard removal. Troubleshoot and resolve common lab issues. Release products and generate certificates of analysis/conformance. Follow health and safety protocols. Additional Responsibilities Assist with product development validations and routine testing. Coordinate external lab sample submissions. Participate in Out of Specification investigations and corrective actions. Contribute to documentation updates and reviews. Perform other duties as assigned.

- Arrive on time every day
- Present yourself in a polite and friendly manner to all clients when entering offices

What does a Quality Control Technician Weekend DAY Shift do?As a Full-Time Quality Control Technician at Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions, you will be on the front lines of ensuring our products meet the highest industry standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections using manual, visual, and attribute methods, while expertly generating Non-Conformance reports to communicate findings to relevant parties.
