The salary range for this position is: $107,185.00 - $138,710.00. We are seeking a **Manufacturing Engineer** to drive process improvements and support the integration of new products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Improve and develop manufacturing processes across forging, CNC, grinding, and testing operations
+ Support new product integration, including manufacturability, ERP setup, and customer submittals
+ Create and manage bills of materials, routings, work instructions, and SOPs
+ Support NADCAP special processes and quality investigations (CAPAs, APQP, PPAP, etc.)
+ Manage CNC programming for tooling and fastener manufacturing
+ Lead tooling design, debug processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
+ Maintain drawings, specs, and process documentation
+ Drive cost-down, quality, safety, and productivity projects
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering
+ 3-5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in aerospace or related industry
+ Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, ProE, or similar CAD tools
+ Knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, GD&T, AS/MS/NAS standards, AS9102, and APQP-PPAP
+ Experience in fastener manufacturing is a strong plus

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for automated processes that support the mass production of new and/or existing products. This role will work with automated systems for cutting/heat sealing, lamination, pick-n-place systems, assembly, ultrasonic welding, precision filling, capping, label placement and packaging.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in scaling automated and semi-automated solutions based on sound engineering principles.
+ Support initial equipment conceptual development, balancing product specs, process requirements, cost, and lead-time.
+ Collaborate with site and global partners to define and deploy automated processing technologies.
+ Participate in hands-on activities including drafting procedures, executing prototype studies, and authoring technical reports.
+ Work with the Industrialization and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues.

+ BS degree in a related discipline
+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills
