**Job Description**
Manufacturing Engineer: Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

**Job Requirements**
+ BS degree in engineering or related discipline
+ 1 years working experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or related engineering position
+ Minimum of 15 years working experience in a directly related position of responsibility with demonstrated engineering competency may be considered in place of formal college degree with associated experience
+ Solid works experience a plus
+ Demonstrates accuracy and proficiency in execution of job responsibilities
+ Strong key contributor with emerging leadership capabilities demonstrated
+ PC, and CAD literate

The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager is focused on making a positive impact on the operation and improve reliability in the plant and reports to the Plant Manager.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Lead the site Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment.
  • This includes total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical and automated equipment.
  • Responsible for planned scheduling creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out. Increase the site operational effectiveness, improve on project delivery, mean time between failure and downtime reduction, and manage and implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
  • Manage the team on technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures while also mentoring and leading the department. Implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.
  • This position will drive the maintenance team support of our existing Metal Processing and Fabrication equipment, which includes two Extrusion Press Lines, and well as future expansion and automation projects. Lead 5S practices


What We Are Looking For
  • Prior Manufacturing Maintenance Management experience required.
  • Must possess either a Trade, Associate Diploma or University Degree or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability using Allen Bradley PLC Software
  • Strong troubleshooting ability using Electrical schematics
  • Strong troubleshooting ability using Hydraulic schematics

Raytheon is seeking a Program Operations Manager to be a member of the Electro-Optical Infrared (EO/IR) Solutions Sub-Business Unit in the Raytheon Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) Strategic Business Unit. This position requires a highly skilled operations leader that has experience in the full spectrum of program execution and the leadership skills to engage across all functional organizations. This position will lead production, development, and Depot/MRO programs in a high-complexity, high-mix AS9100 Department of Defense (DOD) manufacturing environment.
This position is responsible for operations execution of various programs within Advanced EO/IR Systems directorate. This position closely partners with Program Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, various Functions within the Factory organization, Contracts, Customers, S&OE/P and other supporting functions to shape, develop, and execute the strategies and objectives of the product line to achieve the cost, quality, and schedule goals for the programs and business unit. This position requires strong leadership skills, to exert influence in a dynamic environment with rapidly shifting constraints, challenges, and competing priorities of many interrelated products.
**What You Will Do**
+ Own operations execution on established and emerging DOD with cost-plus and firm-fixed contract types.
+ Ensure On-Time Delivery of all customer commitments.
+ Participate in business pursuit and capture, including developing TINA (Truth in Negotiations Act), compliant Basis of Estimates (BOE) submittals leading to contract awards.
+ Lead Front End of the Business (FEOTB) activities including Contract requirements review, BOM development, MRP Requirements planning, Manufacturing execution plan development, and Make/Buy/Where strategy and execution.
+ Lead multi-functional teams in problem resolution and driving productivity improvement and efficiencies through HPU, Lead Time, Cycle Time, and other improvement initiatives using CORE Six Sigma, lean practices, and similar analytical improvement methods and tools.
+ Identify and manage operational risks and opportunities throughout each phase of the business cycle by developing and implementing Risk Mitigation and Opportunity Capture Plans.
+ Provide leadership, management, and coordination of manufacturing resources to support program requirements and actively collaborate while maintaining positive relationships with program management, cross-functional leadership, suppliers, customers, and government representatives.
+ Execute Operations Control Account Manager functions including developing and managing budgets, cost accounts, and baselines, earned Value Management Tasks, and Variance Analyses and recovery plans.
+ Perform Estimate At Complete (EACs).
+ Partner with Program Managers in strategic contract shaping & execution.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of eight (8) years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years' experience.
+ Experience managing budgets, proposals, and/or financials.
+ Minimum five (5) years experience in operations, project engineering, and/or project management in a manufacturing environment.
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Experience with Proposal and Basis of Estimate development in a DoD environment.
+ Experience in New Production development, Bill of Materials & WBS structures.
+ Experience with business and project management tools and procedures.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
