**Job Description**
This position is responsible for advancing U.S Bank's position as an industry leader with Manufacturing and Wholesale Trade companies with annual revenues $2.5-25MM. The successful candidate will focus on impactful internal and external initiatives to increase industry awareness, advance the bank's market position and value proposition, and drive growth through customer-centricity.
The Industry Specialist establishes new opportunities and strengthens existing industry partnerships (national centers of influence, original equipment manufacturers, trade organizations, etc.) to build a robust event calendar and sponsorship plan. They will work closely with Relationship Management and other internal teams on in-market initiatives and planning to drive acquisition and deepen customer relationships. The specialist will also support in-market presence with select high-opportunity customers as an industry subject matter expert. Additionally, they will provide thought-leadership to marketing planning and bring market-facing input to strategy and go-to-market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Responsible for forming new and maximizing existing industry distribution partnerships (COIs, Trade Organizations, etc.)
+ Works across business lines and product partners to package solutions for the industry.
+ Ensures the consistent and successful implementation of in-market initiatives and communications at the market level.
+ Works across marketing and go-to-market teams to ensure our bankers have the necessary industry expertise and marketing for success.
+ Identify new opportunities for growth in the industry both for th
+ E4e bank and clients.
+ Functions as the SME to product/strategy/sales; bringing market facing input back to go to market strategy.
+ Work closely with leadership of the relationship manager teams to address the unique needs of clients in the sector.
+ Coordinated sales planning with feedback loop for continuous improvement.
+ Develops and supports market level programs which enhance corporate sponsorship programs to meet unique market needs yet adhere to corporate strategies and standards.
+ Coordinates and promotes processes between centralized sales support, marketing and product groups to implement market level plans.
+ Provide input and industry knowledge in assessing training needs.
+ May develop independently or in collaboration with others materials which describe products and services.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. The Opportunity: The Assembly Line Leader position is responsible for overseeing a production line within an Assembly and Contract Packaging plant, ensuring maximum productivity and quality.
* Shift: 5:30am - 2:30pm (M-F)
The starting Pay: $20 per hour, plus a 0.50 cent shift diff. How Will You Impact WestRock company:
* Use the Work Order as a guide to individual job requirements and specifications.
* Set-up line or assist with line set-up as needed, using the line diagram.
* Responsible for inventory control, tracking and reconciliation of customer product and components, assuring that both are correct and properly placed on the line; kept in good supply as needed for the completion of the shift's production and the start of the next shift, if applicable.
* Assign temporary staffing service employees to individual tasks on the line as outlined in the work order and train them accordingly.
* Oversee and monitor production flow on the line, trouble shoot problems, make equipment adjustments as needed, recommend and institute line improvements, and direct temporary staff labor issues to Assembly Supervisor.
* Motivate temporary staffing service employees in order to maintain maximum production line efficiency and meet production goals.
* Ensure that the completed finished product meets all specifications outlined in the Work Order and complete hourly quality checks to verify Ensure adherence to Company policies, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and CGMPs (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), job specific instructions, and customer specific instructions.
* Accurately maintain all production paperwork, including recording and reconciling temporary staff labor hours, and enter production data into the computer system.
* Maintain line cleanliness through good housekeeping practices.
* Responsible for safety on the line and for adhering to all safety rules and programs, and for attending all required safety training.
* Communicate with other departments, such as warehouse, maintenance and quality assurance as appropriate and necessary, and keep Supervisor apprised of issues related to the line.
* Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
* Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Overtime is required.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

You are:
