Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Machine Operator
**Location: Burgettstown, PA**
**Pay: $19** an hour
**Shift:** 2nd Shift, Monday to Thursday 3:30 pm to 2:00am EST
**What's the Job?**
+ Set up and operate customized machining centers to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
+ Enter production data into machines and load raw materials for manufacturing
+ Perform tool changes and make adjustments to optimize machine performance
+ Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and troubleshoot issues as needed
+ Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, while adhering to safety protocols
**What's Needed?**
+ 1-3 years of machine operation experience
+ High attention to detail and prioritization skills
+ Ability to use hand tools such as saws, drills, impact drivers, pneumatic air guns, and tape measures
+ High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or CNC operation is a plus
+ Physical ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs and work in various temperature conditions
