**Job Description**
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Mat Roller support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller is responsible for evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, then safely placing into a rolling machine for processing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the work area. The Mat Roller then sorts and places the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure; meaning the Mat Roller must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, and additional compensation incentive (e.g., higher hourly pay) is tied to exceeding production standards.

International, a leading North American truck manufacturer, is seeking a Production Systems Specialist - Lean Manufacturing to join our team at the Huntsville, AL Powertrain Plant, where we machine component parts and assemble the International® S13 Integrated Powertrain to support our Heavy-Duty Truck assembly operations.
In this role, you will support the International Production System (IPS) strategy and execution at the site. Partnering with employees at every level-from hourly assembly and machining team members to leadership-you will drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing practices, standardized work, and problem-solving methods that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency across operations.

Responsibilities
Training & Development- Support and deliver training programs across all departments related to the International Production System.- Teach key principles including standardization, takt time, balanced flow, levelled flow, visual management, and real-time management.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement- Teach and apply structured problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement countermeasures.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, optimize production flow, and improve efficiency.- Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to eliminate non-value-added activities and maximize productivity.
Collaboration & Support- Work with cross-functional teams (assembly, machining, maintenance, materials, quality, safety, admin, and leadership) to support IPS objectives.- Support safety regulations, perform observations, and coach employees on safe work practices.- Stay current on IPS tools and methodology, ensuring best practices are applied consistently.

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and maintaining the quality of painted surfaces on products or components. This role ensures that painting processes meet established quality standards and customer specifications, identifying defects and working with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Inspect painted surfaces for quality issues such as runs, fisheyes, dirt inclusions, or color mismatches.
Inspect all metal components for rust or surface defects pritor to painting; sand and prepare parts as needed.
Use tools such as thickness gauges, microscopes, and color spectrometers to assess coating characteristics.
Ensure grounding equipment is correctly connected for all booths; verify proper gouding for hooks and surfaces before painting.
Conduct regular audits of the paint process and finished products.
Record and analyze defect data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Work closely with the paint line, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations regarding paint use and handling.
Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
Participate in product launch, testing, and validation processes related to paint quality.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, color standards, and specifications.

+ Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or architectural engineering.
+ 5-7 years of relevant experience at a comparable level of responsibility in programs of similar size, scope and complexity that include Central Utility Plant operations.
+ OSHA 30 Hour for General Industry.

Job Description
The **Training & Quality Control Manager** supports the DHS-Federal Protective Service contract at Redstone Arsenal. Responsible for facilitating training requirements and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. This role requires expertise in instructional methodologies, presentation skills, lesson plan development, record keeping, testing, and assessment. In this role, you will interact with government personnel, monitor contractor performance, including equipment, uniform appearance, attendance, compliance with the SOW, possession of licenses and permits, and firearms qualification.
**_This position is contingent upon contract award._**
**Responsibilities**
What You'll Get To Do:
+ Facilitate all contract-required training, consisting of but not limited to basic and refresher training, firearms, weapon qualifications, intermediate weapons, legal updates, officer response tactics, defensive tactics, national weapon detection training program, CPR, first aid, fire safety, telecommunications, and emergency preparedness.
+ Develop training curriculums.
+ Maintain training records.
+ Ensure compliance with orders, policies, and procedures.
+ Complete all required reports, forms, and other documentation in accordance with established procedures.
+ Ordering required uniforms, equipment, and materials.
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen.
+ Active Top Secret security clearance required
+ Minimum two (2) years' experience in monitoring the quality assurance of performance contracts involving personnel required.
+ Minimum two (2) years' experience in training law enforcement, armed guards, and military law enforcement required and outlined in resume.
+ Experience in delivering instructional methodologies, performance objective development, training tools and technology, lesson plan development, student center learning, presentation skills, evaluating laboratories, and practical exercises.
+ Possess the following training instructor certifications (please submit current certifications when applying):
+ Certified Firearms Instructor

+ OC spray
