Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Mat Roller support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller is responsible for evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, then safely placing into a rolling machine for processing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the work area. The Mat Roller then sorts and places the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure; meaning the Mat Roller must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, and additional compensation incentive (e.g., higher hourly pay) is tied to exceeding production standards.

JOB SUMMARY: This person will provide day-to-day; leadership and supervision in the achievement of productivity, schedule attainment, quality and Employee Health Safety programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Coach and support area of responsibility
+ Daily communication and coordination with teams, other supervisors and departments. Direct work assignments in accordance with the production schedule- plans and organizes activities of the production/assembly line to meet production deadlines.
+ Monitor housekeeping (5 pillars) and correct safety issues.
+ Ensure compliance to environmental, productivity, quality and health & safety standards.
+ Identify and implement continuous improvement projects
+ Prepare and adhere to department budget
+ Enforce policies and procedures and apply disciplinary action as needed
+ Prepare and maintain production reports and records- taking corrective action when necessary
+ Coordinate departmental maintenance and engineering needs
+ Responsible for inventory analysis
+ Order and purchase necessary equipment or materials for assembly or production.
+ Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical engineering degree is desired or 3-5 years experience with production supervision.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
+ 2 years of industry experience

+ Outstanding leadership, influence and communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements in a team environment

Position Summary:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and maintaining the quality of painted surfaces on products or components. This role ensures that painting processes meet established quality standards and customer specifications, identifying defects and working with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Inspect painted surfaces for quality issues such as runs, fisheyes, dirt inclusions, or color mismatches.
Inspect all metal components for rust or surface defects pritor to painting; sand and prepare parts as needed.
Use tools such as thickness gauges, microscopes, and color spectrometers to assess coating characteristics.
Ensure grounding equipment is correctly connected for all booths; verify proper gouding for hooks and surfaces before painting.
Conduct regular audits of the paint process and finished products.
Record and analyze defect data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Work closely with the paint line, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations regarding paint use and handling.
Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
Participate in product launch, testing, and validation processes related to paint quality.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, color standards, and specifications.
Able to use precision measuring equipment including tape measure, square, calipers, gauges and micrometers.
Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Computer data entry and retrieval skills with Microsoft.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED certificate required.
Experience in a paint shop or quality inspection environment.
Knowledge of painting process such as powder coating, wet spray, or electrostatic painting is a a plus.
Working Conditions:
Exposure to paint fumes, solvents, and other general production environment.
Frequent standing and walking on concrete surface.
Ability to work days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
Notes:
Working knowledge of ISO documentation is a plus.

**Responsibilities:**
+ The Quality Control (QC) Manager shall have experience implementing construction quality control programs for similar projects.
+ The Quality Control (QC) Manager shall be required to establish, implement, and maintain an effective Construction Quality Control (QC) Plan to cover all construction onsite/offsite operations.
+ Will be responsible for submitting quality control testing procedures and report formats for commissioned Building Systems and Equipment to the Program Manager/COR for review and acceptance.
+ Shall complete Pre-functional Checklists for each commissioned System and Equipment item and each commissioned Government System.

**Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
+ Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or architectural engineering.
+ 5-7 years of relevant experience at a comparable level of responsibility in programs of similar size, scope and complexity that include Central Utility Plant operations.
+ OSHA 30 Hour for General Industry.
+ Top-Secret security clearance.

**Summary**
The **Training & Quality Control Manager** supports the DHS-Federal Protective Service contract at Redstone Arsenal. Responsible for facilitating training requirements and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. This role requires expertise in instructional methodologies, presentation skills, lesson plan development, record keeping, testing, and assessment. In this role, you will interact with government personnel, monitor contractor performance, including equipment, uniform appearance, attendance, compliance with the SOW, possession of licenses and permits, and firearms qualification.
**_This position is contingent upon contract award._**
**Responsibilities**
What You'll Get To Do:
+ Facilitate all contract-required training, consisting of but not limited to basic and refresher training, firearms, weapon qualifications, intermediate weapons, legal updates, officer response tactics, defensive tactics, national weapon detection training program, CPR, first aid, fire safety, telecommunications, and emergency preparedness.
+ Develop training curriculums.
+ Maintain training records.
+ Ensure compliance with orders, policies, and procedures.
+ Complete all required reports, forms, and other documentation in accordance with established procedures.

**Qualifications**
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen.
