What You'll Get:
- Starting Pay: $17.75/hour
- Extra $.00/hour during 2nd shift hours

- Record and maintain production data (temperatures, pressures, ingredients, test results, etc.).
- Enter daily data into computer systems.
- Follow production schedules and recipes for chemical mixtures.
- Adjust equipment settings (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.) to meet requirements.
- Monitor gauges, meters, and instruments to ensure proper operation.
- Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to specifications.
- Inspect equipment for leaks or malfunctions and report issues.
- Collect and test product samples for quality checks.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Work as part of a team, as well as independently
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs.)
- Basic Computer, Mechanical, and Math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures
- Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime
- High School Diploma or GED
- Age 18+ with reliable transportation
- Ability to train on 1st shift.

- Submerge and continually physically move fabric in chemical bath adhering to specified time for processing.
- Input data into computer system.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Complete production records and follow process instructions.
- Identify fabric types and check quality requirements.
- Run and troubleshoot machines and reactors.
- Prepare product samples for lab testing.
- Assist team members and cross-train in other areas.
- Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
- Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
- Basic computer skills
- Basic Mechanical Skills
- Detail oriented
- High School Diploma or GED
- Age 18+ with reliable transportation
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Must wear a respirator frequently
- Work in varied indoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety, quality, teamwork, and efficiency
- Perform quality, maintenance, and housekeeping checks and record numerical results in various computer system programs
- Analyze process data to make decisions on equipment maintenance and process improvement activities
- Adhere to plant safety and sanitation requirements; complete assigned work safely and efficiently per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Assist with process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean methodology including root cause analysis, process flow maps, etc.
- Clearly document and communicate maintenance and quality events using computer reporting systems
- Cross-training opportunities available to maximize your earnings and expand your technical knowledge
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Mechanical troubleshooting/maintenance experience required. Successful candidates typically have three or more years of experience in the below:
- Proficient knowledge of precision measurements and pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, ability to identify a problem and use analytical skills to identify the root cause and implement sustainable solutions
- Knowledge of safety policies and procedures required (e.g. lock out /tag out, confined space entry, etc.)
- High-speed manufacturing or packaging facility experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgrounds
- Must be able to continuously stand, bend, and twist. Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds
