The Finance Risk Management (FRM) group within Corporate Risk oversees front line risk activities of the Finance organization. Enterprise Finances activities are critical to the financial risk management of the Company, including, but not limited to, setting, and managing the capital and liquidity positions, executing CCAR, managing interest rate risk, balance sheet management, financial forecasting, line of business capital allocations, funds transfer pricing, and financial and regulatory reporting among others. Additionally, Enterprise Finance encompasses operational, compliance and reputational risk across the various activities. This newly created team is responsible for enhanced effectiveness of IRM oversight, creating streamlined IRM interaction with Enterprise Finance and a comprehensive view of risks across the Finance organization. The FRM team is led by the Finance Chief Risk Officer, reporting directly to the Companys Chief Risk Officer. The group regularly produces reporting for presentation to senior management, management-level committees, the Board of Directors and Regulators. This role will support Finance Risk Management (FRM) technology and data projects across Interest Rate, Liquidity, and capital risk subject areas.

Skills and Requirements
4+ years of transferable workforce experience within a finance, treasury, or risk organization with particular focus on the following:
o Liquidity
o Balance Sheet Management
o Capital Adequacy
o Financial Forecasting
SQL experience (reading writing queries, reviewing the data)
Knowledge of commercial and retail banking products
Strong understanding of accounting principals
Excellent communication skills are essential
Execute with speed, ability to listen and document simultaneously
Working knowledge of agile methodologies.
o Writing and pursuing stories
o Attending standups and other Agile ceremonies, and crisply communicating challenges and status
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Experience performing UAT testing, functional design, defect identification within a bank
Data skills ETL/ETL Testing
CPA/CFA
Experience writing and refining business requirements documents within a bank
Able to work independently in a very dynamic environment.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence software
Previous Big 4 experience EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PWC null

* Troubleshoots a majority of basic machine issues and reaches out for maintenance support when needed in order to meet production timelines.
* Serves as setup mechanic for all area specific filling equipment.
* Has mastery of multiple aseptic processing concepts and steps including aseptic cleaning, equipment preparation for sterilization, product pathway assembly, sterile filtration, aseptic filling and terminal sterilization
* Possesses competitive, detailed oriented production mentality and is not satisfied by anything less than perfection.
* Provides training to other operators.
* Follows written procedures.
* Clearly and accurately document activities in batch records and logbooks.
* Performs basic math calculations.
* Performs in-process weight checks and component counting.
* Submits in-process samples to responsible departments.
* Performs cleaning of rooms, tools and equipment.
* Performs specific visual inspections based on clearly outlined checks and specifications for the finished product.

Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings - carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. **Purpose of the Position:**
Provides troublechooting of equipment and process issues in a manufacturing facilities. Workds hands-on with manufacturing equipment and activities. Identifies and supports process improvements.
**Day to Day Responsibilities:**
+ 1st point of contact to provide comprehensive electrical/controls/mechanical/equipment troubleshooting of production equipment issues.
+ Responsible for monitoring area performance, identifying equipment/process issues, and following issues to closure.
+ Simultaneously managing and troubleshooting multiple issues using sound technical principles to drive resolution
+ Support Preventive Maintenance and equipment upkeep efforts.
+ Directing maintenance personnel in the repairs, maintenance, testing, installation, and debugging of equipment.
+ Work with a variety of groups including operators, other support technicians, engineers, and trades to coordinate and direct equipment startup, repair, troubleshooting, and process changes.
+ Contribute to keep production teams current on processes, equipment, and procedures.
+ As needed, develop, document, and deliver training packages for new or modified equipment to production and support groups in the plant.
+ Assisting engineers in the design, troubleshooting, documentation, and implementation of new or modified production equipment.
+ Maintain the systems and actions necessary to ensure compliance with department certification programs, quality system audit program, and ISO 14000 registration.
+ Champion a safe work environment and help enforce all housekeeping and safety regulations.
+ Participate on a trained spill team for the Glass Making areas, monthly spill drills, and projects
**Requirements:**
+ Two year electrical/mechanical/or controls technical degree preferred (Associates) OR High school diploma and 5+ years manufacturing experience.
+ Experienced in troubleshooting and repair of electrical and pneumatic controls including use of test equipment.
+ Experienced in troubleshooting and repair of simple to complex mechanical equipment.
+ Familiarity with sensors, thermocouples (TCs), switches, motors, and actuators.
+ Ability to read/understand electrical, mechanical drawings, and machine specifications.
+ Familiarity with PLC fundamentals as well as to work through logic for troubleshooting.
+ Computer literate and understands Microsoft windows to locate files, edit, save, transfer, etc.
+ Sound decision making and prioritization skills.
+ Ability to communicate with all levels of the plant organization.
+ PC proficient (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Passdown).
**Desired Skills:**
+ Capable of using Diagnostic equipment.
+ Basic understanding of PLC and/or Equipment Automation.
+ PC - Data Analysis (Pl, etc.) - Capable of using a computer to plot and analyze data.
+ Familiar with 2D/3D CAD modeling software.
**Hours of work:**
+ 12-hour rotating shifts (Days/Nights) which would include a weekend commitment.

The range for this position is $48,250.00 - $78,285.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
