- Establishes daily production schedules to determine sequence products and components will be manufactured.
- Strong collaboration with Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, Materials and Production Coordinators, Buyers, Supervisors, Quality personnel, Logistics team members to achieve both strategic and tactical objectives, will be critical to meeting the business goals
- Create Demand plan and the Production plan consistent with plant capacity and resources to meet customer demand
- Develops production schedule for assigned product, providing sufficient lead time to procure raw materials and manufacturing components to meet sales demand and production forecast requirements
- Monitors schedules to assist departmental labor planning in achieving the goals of the production plan.
- Support Sales team short lead time orders and make revisions to existing production schedules
- Align production plans with customer demand
- Reviews, analyzes and edits orders against a defined set of input requirements
- Identifies discrepancies and communicate with appropriate personnel to resolve discrepancies.
