As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a hands-on role in building, assembling, and testing advanced motor technologies that will shape the future of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test electric motor prototypes according to engineering specifications.

**Qualifications and Experience:**
Required:

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with colleagues, production team members, suppliers, external contractors, other company locations;

Preferred:
- Professional Engineering Designation;

This position works out of our Westfield, Indiana location in the Structural Heart division. Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.

+ Facility relocations (Greenfield, Brown Field, Relocation, Decommissioning)
+ Operations Management, Project / Program Management
+ Data Analytics and Analysis
_Demonstrated_
+ Understanding of global materials management and supply chain / logistics Management
+ Experience improving machining (CNC and conventional) welding and metal fabrication operations
+ Understanding of manufacturing engineering processes and trends
+ Capability to manage multiple global projects
+ Demonstrated project leadership skills (ability to lead and motivate others at multiple levels of the organization)
+ Experience and demonstrated results improving manufacturing footprint utilization / rationalization
+ Demonstrated drive for results working in a global matrix organization
